While I do agree that the NDA could actually be needed, I also think that the NDA desperately needs to be rewritten - to be WAY less vague. With the way it's currently written, I can see why some people interpret it as somewhat of a red flag - the GPP can be blamed for the negativity in this case. nVIDIA needs to tread carefully from here on to bring back enthusiast and consumer confidence. They aren't helping by pulling this policy move so closely after removing the GPP. Where is the thought process at nVIDIA?!
