  1. The pro m will not hold a very large E-atx (264mm max) so you need to check the length of your motherboard(mines 272mm wide). The r6 is what I'm going to switch to, since its the only thing that ticked all the boxes for me. Using the corsair 400c right now.
  2. Enthoo pro m is great and easy to work in with super clean looks (specially the black/white one) I can't recommend it enough. I have no hands on with the other case, but looks really good and solid. I would say it depends on how big/room you want in your case.
  3. I can personally say the 400c is a good case for what you pay for. Specially with the parts you have, you won't have a problem with it. Although good ones to look into are the phanteks pro m cases(my favorite to build in) and the s340 Elite, I have had no hands on with but hear great things about it. https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=phanteks+pro+m&ignorear=0&N=-1&isNodeId=1 https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=s340+elite&ignorear=0&N=-1&isNodeId=1
  4. I don't keep my pc on the floor, and the bottom is filtered Also thanks for pointing out that the front also has to have the 5.25 removed for 360 rad
  5. I've looked, and this ticks the most boxes. I should probably deal with 240mm, or mount it in the front. maybe add a fan in the bottom to help make the airflow positive? Edit: If I have the 360 rad in the front, a 140mm fan pulling air from the bottom. Then a 120mm pushing in the back, and 2 120mm pushing out the top. Do you think that would create positive airflow?
  6. I've looked, and it would be better just to forget the controller than find a case that ticks the right boxes and uses e-atx
  7. Are you talking about them make one special or like modding the case? Edit: I would make the intake the radiator, but I'm trying to make my air pressure more positive than I have be now
  8. I'm not sure I need the 5.25 bay either, but it came with my motherboard and I want to use it
  9. I don't need one, but want one so I can turn the rpm of the fans lower. Also cool factor, for temp and looks
  10. Thanks, I see what you mean. Either leave out the audio drive, switch to 240mm, or put it in the front
  11. I was looking into getting a define r6 with the corsair h150i pro in the top of the case and a 5.25 audio drive. It will need close to 6 inches for it and the cord to plug in. Do you think this would be possible or do I need to look for a 240mm radiator?
  12. I use 3200 ddr4, but I'll probably upgrade the cpu and hold out for another few generations of chipsets
  13. Thanks for all the help!
  14. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-SR2PA-Core-i7-6950X-Extreme-3-00GHz-10-Core-LGA2011-3-25M-Broadwell-E-CPU/292525501006?epid=15007558289&hash=item441be0ea4e:g:~GIAAOSwW9xa0-KO or something like this? So no improvement to moving to a newer chipset and selling mine?
  15. The reason I thought about tr4 is because I could upgrade to this https://pcpartpicker.com/product/NXyxFT/intel-cpu-bx80671i76900k Or for the same price do this https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cRDzK8/amd-threadripper-1920x-35ghz-12-core-processor-yd192xa8aewof https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3fYWGX/asus-rog-strix-x399-e-gaming-eatx-tr4-motherboard-rog-strix-x399-e-gaming Which seams to be a better upgrade Even compared to the 6800k?
  16. IS there any info on what zen 2 will be exactly?
  17. Right now I am using a 6800k on a asus edition 10 motherboard. I was planning on upgrading my cpu until I saw that upgrading it would cost as much as a ryzen 2700x and motherboard. Now I'm trying to decide which platform to go to or stay on the x99. Looking for pros and cons of each socket. I play games and video edit/rendering.
  18. Are your fans LEDs connected in order as shown here?
  19. Then contact Corsair about it
  20. Try telling the software controlling them that there is 3 fans connected instead of 2. Also why am I seeing so many builds with people using the main filtered fan mount as an outtake instead of an intake?
  21. "E-ATX *(up to 264mm wide), ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX" I took that off their website, your E-ATX is 259mm wide and mine is 271.78mm wide
  22. Top says it all. Changing the case and cooler in my pc and need to figure out which one to use. I'm hoping looking for reliability and sound difference mainly. Since both will be close to the same temps https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nGjJ7P/nzxt-kraken-x72-liquid-cpu-cooler-rl-krx72-01 https://pcpartpicker.com/product/brVD4D/corsair-h150i-pro-473-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-cw-9060031-ww
  23. Well the pro m isn't eatx... but the r6... I think i found what I was looking for. Not exact, but makes up for it in super clean looks. Thanks a lot man!!!
  24. I know what they are, I just don't need them anyways. If I can't find anything else cleaner looking it may be my go to though
