  1. They probably also use cache to save tons of bandwith. And btw, MariusJS is a douchebag.
  2. The Gathering FTW! http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3446539421 Looks like me and my friends took the 3 top spots http://www.speedtest.net/wave/0f5b77aa31b44cf5?o=desc&sb=download
  3. Do you care if he lets you use it or not? Btw, there is one thing that sucks here. The wireless network. Trying to upload some pictures to Dropbox. 15 minutes and I'm at around 10% for a 3 MB picture.
  4. I personaly hate when people quote everything (but let's stay on topic).
  5. It's done in almost all NAS devices so it shouldn't be a problem.
  6. I think your main problem might be Windows updates. They are probably consuming lots of bandwith. The only soloution I can think of right now is to get yourself a pfsense box as a router and use Squid on it. There are probably other ways to solve it too. https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Squid_Package_Tuning#Caching_Windows_Updates
  7. Just turn off DHCP on the access point.
  8. This month I have downloaded 1,4 TB and uploaded 3,5 TB.
  9. Setup a pfsense box and buy an access point.
  10. Except it isn't an anti cheat. It's basicly a norwegian prison.
  11. Tried the Arma series before? Could be fun for you to try something new.
  12. So... Where is the review? All I see is a copy paste from the Telegram website...
  13. I would never recommend a phone with less RAM than 2 GB for people that are heavy multitaskers. The Nexus 5 is probably the perfect phone for most people because it is going to get updates for a long time, it has a very powerful SoC (S800), the display is beautiful and 2 GB RAM. The only problem is battery if you use your phone a lot during the day.
  14. Never browse LTT without protection https://k96.co/DPrQO
  15. If I was you I would have switched out that window and use one without fan grills. That would probably make it look a lot better.
  16. Reminded me of this http://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/92dd8/test_post_please_ignore/
  17. What else except from the Nexus 4? Nexus = no lagg, fast updates and great dev community.
  18. I would rather use Debian because it uses almost no CPU. Setup Samba http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/samba.htm
  19. I know it's an old thread, but just to give you a example of how much bandwith you would need this video could be helpful. Look in the bottom right corner at "Internett" for seing how much bandwith is being used. This is monitored from The Gathering 2013 that had about 5k people. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVIt_E8GTIU
  20. Finaly somebody that talks about speeds. Do you know if you can connect to PIA without using their clients?
