  1. I get what you're are saying dp sounds like it could be the superior technology , the only reason I use hdmi is because my tv doesn't have a display port and that's what i hooked my pc to input lag hasn't been too much of an issue thus far

  5. now I'm a bit of a noob but try turning the pc on before it boots to windows flip the switch on the back of the power supply and then rapidly press the button you turn the pc on with for about 30 seconds ( still with the power supply off) if fyour system has rgb press it until the light no longer turn on. when that's done flip the power switch back on and boot as normal ,this will clear the bad power of of the circuit/mobo EDIT JUST NOW SEEN ISSUE WAS FIXED, SORRY
  6. I have mismatched ram brands though do note the timing is the same but the speed is 2400mhz for the adata and I think 17 for the two stick of pny though do note this is intel 6th gen skylake with an asus h170 mobo
