  1. I dunno then. Maybe run resource manager and performance monitoring when you run League. See what process takes up the CPU/Mem at the time things start going south? Once identified, might give you a better idea of what is sucking the power from your game Or, it might just be sh*tty Windows 8.1 Try Win 10?
  2. All drivers definitely updated to the latest? Especially your GFX card? Also, All windows updates installed successfully?
  3. To help, we'd really need a screen shot of your blue error.. or Collect Minidump Files ================= 1. Click "Start", input "SYSDM.CPL" (without quotation marks) in the “Search” bar and press “Enter”. 2. Switch to the "Advanced" tab and click the "Settings" button under "Startup and Recovery". 3. Under "Write debugging information" section, make sure the "Small memory dump (128KB)" option is selected. 4. Make sure "%SystemRoot%\Minidump" is in the "Small dump directory" open box and click “OK”. Wait for the Blue Screen again, then, Click “Start”, type “%SystemRoot%\Minidump" (without quotation marks) in “Search” bar and press “Enter”. How to Interpret the files, https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/hh852365 What they might mean? Scroll down a bit: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/315263 This should get you on your way to figuring it out Good luck buddy!
  4. No problem I only discovered LTT videos last month, and this forum, well.. a couple of hours ago It makes for good entertainment - Ive got most of the knowledge myself, but you never know what you might learn Im still catching up on all the old videos LTT has to offer. Theres hours and hours of video if you count ChannelSuperFun! Glad I could help
  5. What OS is your laptop? Search for the programs using bandwidth try this first: http://support.sasktel.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11365/~/using-netstat-to-find-programs-using-up-internet-bandwidth-in-windows-xp, something else to try if you cant find it in the above list.... Netmon Install that, run it as admin on the laptop. New Capture, Start Let it run for a minute or so. Stop Then look at the applications on the left hand side Youll have to check each app to figure out how much bandwidth is getting used. Look for 'Frames' that is the packet size. If you find an app that has a lot of frames sent/received.. then that is the culprit. Google to see if other people have found that app using a crazy amount of bandwidth Or, can you live without the app? If so. uninstall it
  6. Something is clearly sucking that bandwidth Make sure nobody is leeching your wifi - change your WPA password! Then... first thing you need to do, is track what devices are in your home We need to identify which device is sucking up your bandwidth Do this one by one. and speedtest inbetween - i appreciate its time consuming.. but you need to do it Phones/tablets - Disconnect them from your wifi Laptops/PC's Power them off Once you know which device it is, you can focus on that device to see what is running on there Use Wireshark, or MS Netmon (google those) to see how to use them Good Luck!
  7. Nice one Keep an eye on it to see if it happens again
  8. Google XDA developers. Over there, they have a site for almost all phones. You can get the steps to download and flash a completely stock ROM for your phone model. Be warned though, if you have not reflashed a phone before, youre going to have to root, enable some sort of recovery, and then install Android. I recommend doing the research before you even try, as it can result in a bricked phone (depending on your model) Dont forget to get the Google Apps for it when youre done too, or you wont have Google play on there to be able to download new apps etc. Alternatively, take it to the shop you bought it from, they might be able to do this for you
  9. Resetting routers, pull the power Count to 10, power it back up Wait a little, a minute or so.. and then retry your speedtesting
  10. Alright, so the above has some useful comments, ie, "delete that shit" But it doesnt tell you how? I assume youre new, since you only have 4 posts (this is actually my first post... haha). Apologies in advance if youre experienced enough to work it out for yourself Make a backup of your important files, just in case (unlikely) things go south! This is the official method to uninstall, http://www.pandasecurity.com/uk/support/card?id=82011 But I found that it didnt remove everything, and assumed you were going to upgrade it after you uninstalled. http://www.pchell.com/virus/uninstallpanda.shtml This tells you how to remove it completely. Ive had experience in the past of removing it (it came as part of a bundled package on my friends PC) Please read both links carefully, taking note of what version you have (this will effect which link you need to click on for the removal tool in the 2nd link) Once youre confident its gone, get AVG as mentioned above. Its free, and relatively good If you have a few dollars/pounds whatever to spend, get a paid AV
