Windows 10 is a massive improvement from 8. You should go for it not just for the OS that in my opinion is actually better, but also for the possible free Windows upgrades in the future.

I'm wondering about the G810. I'm really interested in it because of how good it looks, quality of software, etc. Could anybody who was the G810 or a similar keyboard tell me what it's like? I can't find many reviews and want LTT approval.

A single 8GB stick would be better, and it is a bit overpriced, but i guess its cool
