If you use one card for output, that's the card that must be used for rendering games. You can mix nvidia and amd, but they won't work together. If you do minecraft and inventor a single firepro should be just fine.

If you could i would go for a 16gig ram kit.
good choice on other parts, a Sabertooth Gen 3 is always a good m/board for all-round work / gaming etc system. for sure get a 990FX chipset on which ever m/board you buy.
just watch all the videos on your shortlist and see which suits your needs and tastes.
the graphics card looks good.
