/r/wallstreetbets would like to have a word with you about your robinhood account
Glad to see another autist among the ranks of LTT.
Investing is really easy to do just buy something and let it sit. If you want to make decent money with much more risk start looking at options. It's not uncommon to make 100% and upwards on a single trade but it's also easy to lose 100% on a single trade. It's much like gambling but not rigged and you can use math/patterns to make winning plays.

Thanks! I forgot why I removed it from my wishlist.
Any other recommendations? That one was good.I enjoyed Dishonored 1 and plan on getting the other two during the next steam sale. It gives you the option of doing some exploring if you choose to get better power ups, but you find the upgrades normally through the missions. I found Undertale refreshing (just stay away from the fandom, that was the main reason it took me so long to play).

I thoroughly enjoyed The Talos Principle, it's a puzzle game that makes you think about the challenges and the story. I thought the puzzles were fun/hard enough but not too overwhelming and the story was spot on for me. Best way for me to describe it is Portal 1 & 2, but serious and it makes you question everything.

@Tm_Carbon True, but it depends on what he is trying to do.
If they will be doing any graphic development they will need a bit beefier of a computer. Normal programming doesn't require anything special. 8gb of ram, ssd, and your good to go, programming doesn't need much.
-
If your going to be programming just get a cheap prebuilt somewhere. Programming can be done on anything, $500 should be your max if all you want to do is program.

Specifically an iOS exclusive. Had loads of fun with them when I had the iPhone 4S as my daily driver. Still salty that Infinity Dungeon never came. Would have made me buy an iPad 3 on day one. Wish they'd port at least Infinity 3 on Android cause I never got to finish it entirely and playing on a 4" screen sounds retarded and just bad when I have a V10 at my disposal
I didn't realize it was IOS exclusive. Had an iphone 4 and ipod touch for awhile then I switched to android systems. Never bothered looking into them as I didn't want to pay again.

This isn't the first time Epic Games has done something like this. They also released most (if not all) of the Infinity Blade assets. For those of you who have never heard of it, the Infinity Blade trilogy was for mobile and it was a medieval rpg sort of game. It was actually pretty fun so you could check it out. Last I knew they cost some money but it's a good mobile game.

Modern Warfare 1 (COD4) was great, MW2 was a giant turd that just kept coming.
Woah woah woah, wait a second. MW1 was a good game but in my opinion MW2 blew it out of the water. The killstreaks felt great, the maps were amazing, and the guns felt and sound great. I hated BO1 (I know minority opinion here) but liked BO2 (still didn't compare to MW2). I hated Ghosts and Advanced warfare and haven't played any of the newer titles. Personally I'm hoping for a MW2 remaster next year for the 10 year anniversary. I normally don't go for preorder but if I saw MW2 up there I may have to.

Humble Monthly deal for January will gift you Civ 6 along with two scenario packs (Australian and Viking) and access to play as the Australian civilization. Not a bad deal for just $12 along with the other mystery games you get with the package.

Try Alto, just note that you need to make an app specific password for it, apple support can help you to do that
I tried Alto but couldn't get it to work. I will try contacting apple support to get the password though.

If there's a mail app on Android, you can probably add multiple email addresses.
There is a mail app on Android however the iCloud email has issues when trying to put it on. I have tried 4 different apps to put the email on and none have worked.

So I recently switched from a iPhone 4 to a galaxy S8 and I'm trying to get my iCloud email onto my S8. I don't care about contacts or anything like that just my email. The only thing I have found to transfer it is to enable two factor authentication which requires ios 9 or above. My old iPhone 4 however can only go up to ios 7 so I can't enable it. I've tried to enable two step authentication but it doesn't seem to help me log into my iCloud email on my S8. Any help would be appreciated on this.

Good snag if you were looking to upgrade your phone. Get arguably the best smart phone out there unlocked for $150 off.

Try a "mem ok" button on the board. It might have old bios settings, reset the CMOS again try pulling the battery out. I heard from an ASUS rep when my board wouldn't boot to pull the battery out of it, hold the reset for 30 seconds then let it sit 30 MINUTES. Then hold the reset button WHILE inserting the battery back into the board after the 30 minutes. Now you don't have to do this... but it helped me when my Maximus VII Hero wouldn't boot right. Brought it back to life...
Alright I will try it later.

Assuming from what I read yesterday you DO have a CPU cooler installed?
Yes I do indeed have a cpu cooler installed after finding out about that yesterday.

So you get it to turn on and does it beep?
It does not.

You are using the "Q Connector" correct? Does it have a speaker attached?
I did not use the Q connector as it worked fine without it. The speaker was attached when I was doing testing.
1 minute ago, AJ-Goodrich said:If the speaker is plugged in and the beeps don't happen I would say it's possible you have other issues.
Do you have other ram sticks possibly? (Make sure there is only 1 plugged into A1 ram slot)
I have other ram sticks and have tried them though the issue persists.

Also just plug in your main HDD for now. Skip the storage drives. You don't run Raid correct?
I do not run raid and the ssd was plugged in when I tried booting.

Most motherboards these days have some sort of beep codes, posting codes etc... Are you getting any of this? Did you re-seat your video card? Is your MB seated properly? If you're moving too fast you might be causing more problems for yourself. Slow DOWN... and try re-seating everything. Including the CPU. Remove slowly, make sure everything is removed, check under the motherboard for cords/objects and make sure it's screwed down properly to the tray the board belongs on, with the proper amount of screws etc. Once you see it's seated/centered properly check for ANY damages on the board itself. THEN Plug in the CPU, THEN your cooler. Use the onboard video if it has any first, you can still post a system to get the "beep" of it booting successfully. As long as that first beep happens and you don't get any more post/beep codes (Sometimes like on mine there is a small LED letter/number read out) which tells me more. If you don't have onboard video then try carefully making sure the seating of your video card is centered and evenly pushed into the top/nearest to CPU... PCI-E slot. Plug in any power cables on the video card. If you don't have these you may not get a post.
The motherboard does not beep when I start it up. I do not have my graphics card plugged in currently and the motherboard is sitting on its box and not in the case, everything has been reseated. I have tried booting with the graphics card installed thinking the onboard hdmi port went bad however it still would not post.

Ok well I need to know more about your setup. Please list the specs and where you have stuff placed on the board.
Specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cpmaker/saved/4nQTwP
I have the i7, cooler, and 1 stick of ram installed on the board with the necessary cords plugged in. The board turns on as the leds turn on and the cpu fan starts up however nothing actually posts.

Why did you switch it if it's running fine?
Also did you reset your Z97 cmos/bios to defaults? Reboot it, see if it works, then configure what you need to.
My old Asrock board with some dead ports was working fine with my parts. I knew that board worked (for the most part) so thats what I tested everything on. I wanted to use my Asus Z97 board because everything was working on it before it couldn't post any more. I have reset the CMOS/BIOS and it still can't boot. Fans turn on but thats all it does.
-
Well I switched everything back over to my Z97 A board and I have the same issue of the system not posting. I did double check that everything was plugged in and everything was seated correctly.
Dude who bought AMD stock at CES?

Most traders don't go to college as they don't teach as much about it. Most brokers I've talked to don't know anything about options as it's risky and they only deal with actual stocks. They also don't use super computers, the most "advanced" computer someone may use is a Bloomberg terminal which just gives real time stock quotes and has software that displays graphs. I do most of my trading on my phone which is hardly a super computer.
