  2. That quad HD screen looks pretty awesome.
  3. This is a better picture, just for reference the right side isn't even really visible. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
  4. It's not quite as bright but it covers a pretty big area Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
  5. Just bought this monitor: http://m.ncix.com/products/sku/82240 it has what I would consider a fair amount of light bleed however I'm not sure if I'm just being overly picky. This is my first ips monitor and I'm aware that backlight bleeding is somewhat normal. When I'm in a dark area in a game or watching a movie it sort of stands out. I marked the area that can visibly be seen. Should I exchange it? Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
  6. I'm a big movie buff too and I don't own a TV Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
  7. Thanks for the responses I was more curious about the idle monitor hurting the performance. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
  8. I am considering buying an ultrawide monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080 I currently have a much smaller 1920x1080 monitor that I would use just as a secondary monitor just for having the browser open etc. would this have a large performance impact while gaming (Crysis 3 BF4) or should I have a GPU with 4GB or VRAM.
  9. All I want is an option to always watch highest quality then it doesn't matter what the layout looks like Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4
  10. In my main rig I am currently using a 120GB Samsung 840 EVO as my boot drive, my main storage drive for all my games, movies and music is a 1TB Seagate 7200RPM and last but not least is my faithful 80GB Seagate 5400RPM drive that I salvaged from my dead Ps3. I use the 80GB drive mostly for backups of my game profiles and other important stuffs ;-) .
  11. I tried upping the voltage on the ram and it still blue screens I ran memtest for nearly 12 hours without errors which I also find kind of odd.
  12. Sorry it was a typo 1600mhz ram and I have also tried some other 2000mhz all with the voltages manually set. My current PSU is a ocz 700w powerxstream I have also tried a antec neopower 650w.
  13. So a bit of back story here I built this system about three months ago and I have just recently been getting blue screens. I recently bought a new ssd and installed it I thought that was the problem so I got a replacement still BSOD I have tried different brands of ram in different dimms, unplugged HDD and tried a different PSU. When I try to install a new copy of windows I get a blue screen before the install even begins. I have tried updating and downgrading my current bios but nothing seems to change. My current blue screens are either 0x00A or 0x001E . I'm kind of thinking it's the mobo at this point and time but I really don't know and advice would be great. Thanks in advance:-) System specs: Intel 4670k stock clock 3.4 ASrock Z87 extreme4 Mushkin silver line 1666mhz MSI GTX770 (Currently not in the system) 120gb Samsung 840 EVO 1TB Seagate HDD
