FYI : On old platforms, without Remap/Memory Hole enabled, BIOS itself can't adress more than 3GB of memory. So, regardless of what OS you use, everything above ~3GB mark is locked.   5. Out curiosity : Are those modules Dual Sided or Single Sided ? As others pointed out, it's probably Memory Remap (or lack of it that is the cause). If you pull two sticks, does 2,75GB limit remain unchanged ? You could try decreasing memory frequency (because it is possible memory itself isn't stable).

  8. Yes. It simply "takes care" of boot sector modification by 3-rd party software (or viruses). If you don't plan on installing viruses that modify boot sector (or BIOS/UEFI), you should be fine without it Also, there is an option of enabling it again after Windows 7 is installed... I think ?
  9. Yes ? I don't think Secure boot will allow Windows 7 to modify boot list from Win 10 so that Win7 can add itself as boot option. I might be wrong here though...
  10. Yes. That should do it. Remember to boot it as "UEFI" and NOT Legacy/CSM.
  11. (U)EFI boot requires GPT type OS drive, which requires USB installation with GPT support. Try creating windows 7 SP1 installation pendrive in Rufus with EFI/GPT option ticked.
  12. Did you plug in 6-pin/8-pin ? Also, Is slot "@ x16 3.0" speed ? Last option is trying DDU (DisplayDriverUninstaler) and different driver.

  14. I would like to request my scores to be added into Average FPS leaderboard (Valley). I moded my vBIOS so it never goes above 1178MHz and 1,068V on GPU.   15. Fact checking : Just so you know, Queen test uses/stresses INT units, not FPUs. Since FPU = SSE/AVX/etc, this test really doesn't show how far newest CPUs have got.
  16. You can't do that in DSR (it's dumb that way). DSR doesn't do "nice" resolutions (or ratio adjustment), only "multipliers" with .01 accuracy (like 1.33, 2x, 3x, etc.). The only way to do FullHD 16:9 with DSR on 16:10/21:9 panel is doing Downsampling (switching off DSR), and manually entering "Custom Resolution" with refresh etc.
  17. You can use GTX 1080 for 4k to NOT have perf. drop on your current CPU. However, even that might not get you to 100% GPU usage in all places (if you care about it). Game should be playable on your CPU regardless of resolution in that case.
