  1. Despite the name of the video, I'm fairly certain that they weren't even testing self parking. From the articles I have read, it appears they were expecting the vehicle to auto brake to avoid hitting the pedestrian despite the driver having his foot on the accelerator. So the feature that you are able to purchase isn't to stop hitting people when it auto parks, it is for when you are driving slowly in traffic for example not full on accelerating towards an idiot with a camera!
  2. As other have said, it's an old model so they are probably clearing stock
  3. I've been having a play around and I have solved my dilemma, turns out you can easily mount any directory on the drive it doesn't have to be the base directory. In regards to why mhddfs, mainly I wanted a quick way of grouping drives without RAID and mhddfs is so simple to set up I thought I would give it a go. Admittedly I haven't tried LVM yet, I will have a deeper look at some point.
  4. Hoping somebody can help me with a quick question. I am trying to get mhddfs set up on my Ubuntu Server but was wondering if it is possible for part of the boot drive to be a part of the new virtual file system or if you can only join drives that are separate from the boot drive? @MG2R Don't suppose you would be able to help?

  6. 9/10 I really love this photo. The dark sky and what I can only assume is a gradient that you have added in the bottom really work to draw the viewers eyes to the mountains. The only complaint is not really anything you can control but the combination of the distance from the mountain, and the clouds covering it make them appear smaller than I would expect they actually are. Apart from that, a fantastic photo.
  7. Sorry guys, didn't mean to hijack the thread. Was just trying to help out a little when I saw @upliftsleet1974's post.
  8. The thing is, you cannot keep it in RAW format and still touch it up in Photoshop (Eg. Content-Aware delete). That image is full res so it shouldn't be much different colour wise.
  9. Here's a link with the noise dealt with. I can't really do better than a full quality Jpeg without a MASSIVE file size. Just open it and click download at the top: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1QNhsYJudg7TEJaOU9ncWZSMlE/view?usp=sharing
  10. I hope you don't mind but I had a quick go at touching up your photo just to try and help. Of course feel free to disagree with any of the changes but this is what I essentially did. I removed the plant at the bottom of the image as I feel it is distracting - this was done with the content aware tool in Photoshop (to use select the part of the image to remove then press backspace) I have increased the saturation a little to make it "pop" a bit more as well as the clarity to do the same (be careful here as you may introduce noise, I seem to have added a bit and the compression makes it worse.). I have also brought up the highlights a bit to brighten up the snow. You also seem to have a bit of sensor dust on your camera which I removed again with the content aware tool. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1QNhsYJudg7TEJaOU9ncWZSMlE/view?usp=sharing
  11. You could set up a private Flickr account and back up all your photos there as you get 1TB free storage for photos.
  12. You need to rate the photo above you before posting your own.
  13. All the people saying they won't buy from them after the price increase are talking rubbish. The price difference between these sites and major retailers isn't even close to 20% so they will still be the cheapest option.
