I just got a pair of Corsair Void's at best buy today and when i minimize my game my buddies on teamspeak can hear me but when i open my game they cant hear me. I looked alot and cant find a solution. Can someone help?

It isn't broken but I used the wrong screws for my motherboard. So now it is permanently in my case.
