I feel like it's because in games like left 4 dead you are in a life death situation and don't need the luxury of water to take a pill. Example irl when someone is having a stroke and they need aspirin they always chew it, you don't have time for water and it works much quicker (so i've been told) when you chew it. So basically it's because game characters are bad ass.

Yaaaas, you want to get it. If you don't mind spending $450, this is the best thing you can get for that much hands down. It's almost as good as the Fury X and has a better fps/dollar ratio

Codeacademy is really good for just getting into things, it definitely makes it easier to start out. When I first started coding, I downloaded a game dev software called gamemaker (I think) and looked at the example games and looked at the code. I would change things in the code to see what it did and learned from there, so really I just dissected it until I thought I knew how to do something. Then I would try to replicate it and end up looking through the manual and reading it over and over to figure out things. This is a pretty good way to do it, but it also takes a while. Try codeacademy because it's free, try youtube videos, just look around until you figure out how you like to learn it. Trust me, it will get boring and monotonous like most things when starting out, but after a while and hours upon hours of work you will graduate your noob status and really get a feel for it. That's when it gets awesome! Things to learn: easy Javascript --for website development and some game development Html --website dev Css --website dev less easy Python -- one of the most recommended starting languages, very versatile not easy Java -- important to learn because it's on everything, but I struggled with it as a first language C# -- basically java, maybe a little easier and used more often in game dev (Unity) C++ --also important to learn, very raw language and used in a lot of stuff I would suggest sticking with python or moving to javascript right now and honestly I'm saying that because of how old you are and since you are just getting into it. It would be different if you were older and had an irl teacher. Jscript and python are both great languages with lots of applications and both on codeacademy! They are also much less boring to learn. If python was boring you, you might have better luck with the other. Outside of that, posting on forums like reddit for feedback and help is a great resource and there are loads of people on the internet willing to help when you run into trouble. @themctipers Note 4 user here! Although I'm not a huge fan of the Note 5... I feel like Samsung really stopped caring about what a lot of customers wanted and basically tried to do a mock up of the iphone. That aside, it depends on what games you play! If you already have a lot of purchases in the app store, I'd suggest sticking with apple unless you don't care about spending more money on the apps you want to rebuy. Both are great phones and pretty similar. As far as hardware goes, the Note 5 takes it but Apple's os is really optimized for the phone and you won't see a huge difference outside of benchmarks. With apple, you get a phone made for cool factor and socializing with an app store that takes precedence above others, so apps will almost always look/function better and be available sooner than android. You also get some nifty security and don't really have to worry about viruses. Above everything else, you can take it to an Apple store any time you have problems and they are everywhere. With Samsung/android, you are getting better internal hardware, you're getting an os that can be customized and feels more like a computer than a phone, you are less limited by the developers, you can download emulators for free (if you are into those types of games), you are getting a bigger screen, a sleeker looking phone, and an os that feels new and fresh and is something you haven't had with your iPhone. Oh, and you also get a cool stylus which I use frequently (but mostly because I do freelance art and draw up sketches for customers with it, super convenient) Tl;dr apple = "cool", secure, app devs care about you more, apple stores are everywhere for troubleshooting samsung = customization, new os, emulators, bigger screen, beefier hardware, something new ps you might want to follow your own thread

Got the Note 4 when it first came out. Recently, within the last month maybe, it's been trying to update new software. So it downloads and everything is fine, it will restart and install. But something keeps happening, because every time it tries to install it restarts and says it failed installing. Then I have to wait 24 hours to reinstall the update and try again. The same thing has happened at least five times. It's getting really frustrating and I was wondering if anyone else knew of a solution before I factory reset. Yes it is fully charged before I try to install and no I haven't done anything to alter the software like root the device.
