  1. tbh, I decided to give up on this gpu untill GPU shortage thing fixes itself. This card is old and I've had to fix it a couple of times (resoldering smds, changing fans and heatsinks)
  2. My neighbor is a nice old lady who likes to cook, actually. Chicken scented GPU... MMmmmhm! Delicious!
  3. It was 11:46pm, soooo It's kinda rude to wake the neighbors up
  4. This card already had the similar issue, but with HDMI only. I need an oven to fix this, but I don't own one
  5. My beloved GTX 770 2gb died a couple of hours ago, spewing red lines on my newly bought (26.04) 144hz screen. Here are it's last words I fell victim of GPU shortage, one could say. Now, to be honest, I only switched back to this card in May, I exchanged my rx480 that I had since late 2019 for a really good 3D printer, but I had this 770 since 2017, got it used. The only option I had on hand was GT 630 that I pulled out of an old HP prebuilt system. It's cooler was super dead, I had to attach a new one to it. The best option I had was a twisted pair and I'm too lazy to fix it. Now my system reads like this: r7 3800x Asrock B450 Steel Legend GT 630 2*8 ddr4 2666 (planned to upgrade them next month, bought a long time ago and they were enough for my workflow) 970 EVO 1tb And all of this is wrapped up in one of (if not the) rarest PC cases. This may be the weirdest setup you've ever seen. I had to share this surreal experience as soon as possible. I am the true gamer now!
  6. I have a HP Z820 motherboard and dead original PSU, thus I can't really use the WS. I know that it requires 11v for PSU standby (or some other nonsense like that) on 18-pin motherboard power, thus making this motherboard incompatible with ATX PSU's. Googling helps, yes, but I'm too scared that something bad can happen making z820 ATX-friendly. Could somebody help with this? Has anybody made this kind of adapter? Also not sure if right thread to post. Sorry, mods!
  7. Build name: Barghest CPU's: Double Xeon E5-2643 (that's why it is Barghest) GPU: GTX 950 RAM: 32 Gb ECC, 1600 GHz 2.5 points. ((The result is in Russian btw))
  8. Wouldn't it be easier to get a powerbank instead?
  9. I want to get my mom a pair of Sennheiser HD 598. I want her to have her own headphones and I want her to stay away from my siberias :c inb4: she is VERY picky about sound so my solution of $20 earbuds isn't a good one.
  10. It is probably like a booster pack of coins/ships/whatever they have
  11. There are cheap Sony MDR-EX15 earbuds that I use. They sound pretty good for their price. Also, if you don't mind waiting for some time you can order Xiaomi Piston 3, they've got good quality too, slightly pricier, but more bang for the buck.
  12. ...and there I remembered they don't ship to Russia when the drop worth it.
  13. I'd like to see a cake consuming all dat 750w. All sparkly and stuff!
  14. 750w is enough for almost everything
