This is a perfectly viable option. If u don't mind just playing at 1080p and not utilizing the full potential of your monitor for a couple months or however long it takes you to buy a new card OR playing at 1440p at reduced frame rates.
As others have stated 1080p on a 1440p monitor doesn't look the best but having made the switch my self and having tried 1080p on my monitor i can honestly say its NOT a big deal, does it look as good as my old monitor at its native 1080p resolution? no, But is it usable? absolutely.

This would be perfect in my opinion. I think 4k would be a little too much still, this monitor would still allow you to run games full rez at high fps without stressing the system to the extreme.

So many red and blacks... I recently went for a black and orange theme and i like it very much.

Only place i've seen ducky's readily available is ncix, just keep checking every day they're usually pretty good at restocking products.

They'll sound better but not $280 better. Best way i can put it.

Cool idea in theory. I think i get what they're trying to do with this by taking away the fear of the average consumer has of building their own pc. Though in this case the cons will outway the pros unfortunatly, but as a concept however its a good stepping stone and i will commend razer on their balls to be the 1st to put out a product like this.

As long as you make the new ssd 1st in the boot sequence then nothing would go wrong

Not officially compatible as of yet, suppose to get some drivers for it early next year some time.

RMA it, just had the same thing happen with one of my gigabyte 760's. it shouldn't happen and MSI should warranty it.

I actually got an amazing deal quite a few years back on the power supply and it has been sitting in my grandparents pc (my old one) up until just recently hahaha. It was overkill then and its overkill now but i couldn't pass up whatever price i got it for.
