What does the VDDCI(mv) slider do.(see attached pic) I know what the gpu voltage and memory voltage do.

My card: 280X DirectCU II-V2 (R9280X-DC2-3GD5-V2) Right now I am running 1070 MHz @ 1244mv. What do you think I can take the voltage up too without frying my GPU? Thanks

Which motherboard is best: Gigabyte Z87X-D3H, Asus Z87-A, AsRock Z87-Extreme4. In my area, all have the same price and I can't decide which one to get. My CPU will be the 4670k and I will have a moderate overclock.
