    I think you're correct, it's referring to the total harmonic distortion of the DAC/amp at that frequency range (which is human hearing).

    First off, I greatly appreciate all the help but I'm not looking for an argument, I am leaning towards just buying a new motherboard, But I understand where you guys are coming from, but I think I got all of the power saving options turned off (at least that I know of) and I'm pretty sure it's just the motherboard struggling to supply the Watts I need whilst under stress. I only got 4 pins on my motherboard for my CPU and I feel like that's not enough to supply the 8350...

    Okay I had turned off "master mode APM" or something in BIOS and I played some BF4, no luck, my voltages still dropped, and my CPU MHz dropped too... I think @ionbasa was right, my mobo might be struggling...

    Got it. Simply press Windows Key + R.
    Paste this - control /name Microsoft.Personalization /page pageWallpaper
    This will get you the window you want.

    Okay, I've read up on the Exit code it gives you when you crash, and you need to make sure that you don't have and memory allocations going towards the game, for those can cause issues with new updates. Also, Launch parameters or Launch options can cause issues, so you may want to clear those.

    At one point was running a wireless card, probably half a year ago. But that is where i got very confused, because we were talking about wireless cards when i'm running wired, through Powerline Ethernet. Using the TP-LINK TL-PA6010KIT AV2 AV600 Powerline Adapter...
