  1. Update: Bought a new PSU and plugged it in. Still happens. I plugged my GPU into a different computer and it didn't happen. Although the stuttering was happening but I assume thats because that computer was running an FX 6300. Is it likely that my motherboard is damaged from removing the GPU?
  2. I'm pretty sure I have yes. I've installed graphics cards quite a bit and I've reseated this one about 5 times. Its all the way plugged in as far as I can tell
  3. SPECS: R5 1600 MSI B450 Tomahawk MSI Gaming X 8GB RX 480 ANTEC TPC 550W 16GB DDR4 2 250gb SSD 1 500gb M.2 1TB HDD I recently bought a new M.2 SSD and decided to install it. I unplug my GPU, unclick the PCI-E thingy and pull out the graphics card. I then move the M.2 standoff over one slot plug in the m.2 ssd screw it in. I then plug in the graphics card, power cord and it seems to be working fine - boots and runs windows no worries. Later I decide to play some lost ark, used to run perfectly, but now its stuttering really bad (frame times seem horrific). I play for about 30 minutes before investigating further. I boot up Unigine Superposition instantly both monitors turn black with no signal and the fans boost all the way up to 100%. I then tried to remove the m.2 and try it again. Same thing. Have tried to reseat the GPU multiple times nothing changes. I've removed my small overclock and the same thing happens. Currently any game I launch causes the system to just black screen and ramp up the fans. I also think the graphics card might be running hotter than it used to - nothing big but I think its idling about 5-10 degrees hotter than it used to. Is this likely a PSU, GPU or software issue?
  4. I think I have a solution. I'll buy a 3 way splitter and use that. Thanks everyone.
  5. Dont think it works with this one.
  6. The fans themselves are PWM but the case has its own fan hub which is molex powered.
  7. 94$ is a long way out of what I want to spend.
  8. I just bought the Silverstone RL06 and while its a great case with 4 fans the problem is the fan controller included is molex powered which means the front fans are very loud. I was wondering if there were any non expansion bay fan controllers I could buy that are PWM. thanks.
  9. God damn it. I replugged in my phone and allowed my computer to access it and now its fine. Sorry for wasting your time
  10. Wait. The mass storage device is my phone
  11. I don't really wanna delete stuff if I dont know what it is tbh. As I said before I dont even have a mass stroage device on any of my USBs I dont even know why its showing up. Is it my keyboard or something?
  12. No thats only if you replaced the drivers right? Should I even try that?
  13. First one was no help and the second one wasn't either as all 3 files were there.
  14. I just get this http://prntscr.com/g2ktkj (yes ive tried to apply the fix it just fails) . Im not even using a Mass storage device either.
