  1. Lol $1400 for the gtx 1080.... which is a $450 premium over americans, after adjusting for exchange rates. I hope they fix this and make it the same worldwide.
  2. Cheers brother! I just hope I dont get suckerpunched by the Australian tax...
  3. Yeah I was after a full cover block. That waterblock you linked seems to be out of stock though. Oh well, might find one on ebay
  4. Isn't that the same one that GALAX were shipping their watercooled edition cards with? Some sort of a hydrocopper ripoff lol. I agree with you, the EK waterblocks just look that much more elegant
  5. I had a look on their website. there are waterblocks for 980ti classified, Xtreme gaming, strix e.c.t but no HOF . I thought the HOF cards were custom boards so the reference titanx/980ti waterblock would not work??
  6. Sup peeps, I own a 980ti hof and am looking into putting it into my watercooling loop. I cannot find a waterblock for it that guarantees compatibility anywhere. I was looking at an EK waterblock as it would match my setup. Cheers
  7. Yeah, I ended up getting a 360 as well. The NHD-15 will be inherited by my brother :P. The temps are far better than before now. Btw what 980ti do you have? I have a galax HOF 980ti and am looking for a block for it so I was wondering if the predator block for the 980ti/titanX was going to work. Cheers
  8. I have tried, Geekbench, p95, intel burn in test with similar temps... P95 was highest though. I'll give aida64 a go
  9. I am in Melbourne m8. It should be cooler though. Usually under 30 percent load, the temps are bearable. If I put it through its paces in stuff like Total war atilla, cities skylines e.c.t, it just ramps up to ~75-85 C Also I have done multiple remounts on the cooler with no luck so far. @1.2 V it should be pretty cool imo given that Linus was hitting 55 C on load on a 5960X when he tested the NH-D 15...
  10. SO going to a watercooler is not a good idea then. I really like my NHD-15, it is really quiet but the temps were a little worrying
  11. Sup peeps, I currently own am x99 system with a 5820K running at 4.2 ghz @ 1.199V on air using a Noctua NHD-15. I am getting some weird temps as in 45-50 C idle and 88-91 C load on P95. This does not seem too healthy for my liking. I am considering getting a Predator 360 as a possibly expandable cooler in the future. Is this a good move? Cheers -Gaben
