home phone in 2016 

I understand how cringe a homephone is, but it is kind of like pay TV, you decide you don't need it and next month you are going to cancel it, then you realize they direct debit from you account, then you say to yourself, you are going to cancel it next month and you it, it just never happens.

*you don't do it.

Put it this way, you need the home phone to find your phone when you loose it.

I tend to remember I lost my phone when I am running out of the house to school and my laptop is in my bag, don't get me wrong, I use that too, just not as often as the calling technique.
