  1. 970 is what i use and it works quite well paired with that chip
  2. you need to first install the xbox 360 controller driver, the videos all explain it, once you install those the controller will be detected
  3. i would recommend atleast a 4790k/6700k or like has been said if you only plan on doing 1080 step down to a 970/390 and keep your i5
  4. search on youtube for better ds3 na dyou will find multiple videos on how to hook a ps3/ps4 controller up to a pc bother wired and wireless
  5. at 1080 yes it will be a bottleneck, but as you go in to higher res it will be less and less of a bottleneck
  6. In memory of the late great david bowie squenix is offering the game for free from now till the 22nd, not sure if this is region locked https://store.na.square-enix.com/product/281956/omikron-the-nomad-soul-pc-download this will give you a code to unlock the game on steam for anyone wondering
  7. you can get display to dvi cables pretty cheap and they work well, was using 1 of them with my set up until i got a new monitor that supported display port
  8. tyr another pcie lane if you can if it boots with it in a different lane you need to rma your board if it doesnt then i would rma the card
  9. if you leave it set to auto it will bump up on its own, that voltage is fine btw
  10. better mobos will have better power delivery but it will only help so much, no need to go all out and depending on your budget skylake is only about 5-10% better performance wise but if its worth the money for you then definitely go with the newer platform
  11. i was so mad when it started ... but i still listened to the whole thing i hate you for posting this
