  1. I was looking for a new case fan to spruce up my build, but i also care about good airflow. Right now i have NZXT H6 Flow case, but with the stock fans and dual 140 Pure wings 3 I can barely feel any air moving around the case. Which of these are the best option for a case fan, for moving air thru mesh ? Maybe someone has the new FD momentum fans? No good reviews online on the FL12.
  2. I got a new build and wanted to ask. Right now my cpu is plugged in blue , and placeholder gpu in red, however if i get a gpu with 3x8 pin connectors, can i plug cpu header in green, and use blue+red for gpu?
  3. So i got a new system, had old flash drive that had win10 on it, installed on my new build, and couldnt upgrade to windows 10 because it had no internet. My motherboard manual says wifi only works on win11, so i got usb upgraded to win11 booting, and now i am in installation window seeing all these partitions, do i just delete them all? I cant delete the unallocated space ones
  4. If i go for 9700x, do i need to update bios for b650 board?
  5. Budget (including currency): 1100 Euro ~~ Country: Lithuania Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming at 1440p Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/bfBzh7 is this list good for a new build? Im planning to get Radeons 90xx when it comes out in march (Allegedly), already have monitors and peripherals for this, just wanted an opinion on the case, psu, ram options and if they are flexible or i can find something better and more reliable for simular price.
  6. Budget (including currency): 1000-1200euro Country: Lithuania, will ship from amazon.de Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, (World of Warcraft, occasional AAA titles, competetive games (CS2,Dota,League) Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I was looking to getting a new pc built, will proboably buy a second hand 3000 series gpu or 4000 when 5000 will launch in January, but i wanted to ask what is the optimal build for that workload? I dont plan on upgrading in few years time, and looking to feel comfortable with no microstutters or compatibility issues. Would prefer an AM5 socket
  7. Mainly casual gaming and playing competetive shooters
  8. Saw this on marketplace, Is it worth for that price?
  9. I was seeing performance dropping in my system, so i decided to reinstall windows using the windows option. After reaching 80%, it goes to "undoing options" screen, and after booting i try to log in and it says "The user profile service failed the sign-in" i cant access my computer. I tried adding another user through cmd, safe booting doesnt work, reseting doesnt work. I have my windows on nvme ssd at c: but after unplugging my hard drive e:, windows doesnt boot, goes to bios. Any idea how to wipe drive c from this point out to install windows? E drive was formatted long time ago and only has pictures.
  10. Budget (including currency): 500euro Country: Lithuania Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: World of Warcraft, CS:GO, general use Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Right now i have 6600k+1060, was thinking of just upgrading cpu, mobo and ram at the same time. Dont want to spend too much, playing on 144hz. Was debating what processor i should get. Was thinking about r7 5800x or i5-13400f. Not looking to OC. Sites i can look at are skytech.lt;kilobaitas.lt. Any suggestions on what should i get? Right now im just looking to keep my system running smoothly, cause sometimes getting hickups in either CS, or if theres alot going on screen on World of warcraft, it falls below 90fps too.
  11. I do not.
  12. Hello, LTT community Recently i've sttarted to notice my PC isn't performing as it used to do. My specs are i5 6600k with 4.1 overclockked, and 1060 6gb, with 8gb of ram. In CSGO, i have all the lowest settings, but upon benchmarking I only get about 70 fps regularly. Before you say anything, i've turned off the xbox DVR, I've set my game to high priority, closed all unnecessary programs in the background, got fans running up to 70%, tried -high in the launch options, my temps are stable, and i've recently changed the thermal paste. However there is one more thing. I've noticed my HDD is starting to slow down, may that be an issue? I've tried posting on steam forums also, got no help from there, genuine "turn off dvr" comments. Thanks for help in advance.
  13. but not from my main administrator user
  14. i can still get data from other users if i boot into my main HDD
