  1. Still rocking on my radeon 7850 twin frozr with a i3-3240, but DOOM 4 showed that it is time for an upgrade. Would be nice to save SGD400 off my upcoming ITX build if I actually win this
  2. Who needs a keyboard and mouse when you can use a controller. ( ͡°╭͜ʖ╮͡° ) ( ͡°╭͜ʖ╮͡° ) ( ͡°╭͜ʖ╮͡° )
  3. Go get/find a sample kit and test out yourself. It's actually quite hard to choose a switch for another person. Only you yourself will be able to figure out the right switch. P.S I'm using Browns.
  4. Hahahah nah, i'm probably the "1 asian out of 5 asians" that don't have any sort of interest in mobas & mmorpg related games. The term "elo" was used not only in LoL but in CSGO too (just google it up). The more you know
  5. YES! Almot forgot about them cables. My G402's cable tend to be very stiff which sometimes requires me to bend it to an "S" shape for it to move around easily (i too once tried to loop it around my lamp's stand which was effective temporarily). Instead, the G502's cables are braided which definitely might mitigate such stated cable issues from the G402. Was a DMG 9 months into the game. Now i'm an LE / LEM (no boasting intended. ;) ) Takes a lot of determination and motivation to get this far hahah (remembered watching a full match on twitch LDLC vs Fnatic from 12md to 3am Singapore time) Anyways the new ranking system has definitely made it much easier to rank up as compared to the past's elo system.
  6. A LE/LEM ranked player here. And just started a smurf account quite recently too. Pointing out HACKERS - The VAC wave has already been initialized a couple months back so I am not expecting much hackers at this current time. - The amount of hackers has reduced greatly and with Overwatch being out of beta, more people had overwatched more reported players. So statiscally, the amount of hackers should be reduced too. Wrong assumptions - My smurf had just ranked up to MG2 after 10 (straight) wins and i have already started getting "feedback" from opposing teams during compe matches that i am walling/hacking even though i'm not. - Some shots are luck based, and these are where the probability of players to wrongly claim other players hackers increases. An (actual experience) scenario in Dust2: - Was a CT trying to hunt the last T which was saving. - Last seen him walking out of CT mid going towards mid door. - Only 2 possible locations, top mid or tunnels. - A teammate was already at A long doors so i assume he can flank the T if he was at top mid. So i went to Tunnels. - Was at the spiral stairs in tunnel and heard loud movement sounds from my left headset speaker. - At this point i know that he is at top mid and proceed to hunt him down. - Was called a waller til we won the match. End of my "rant".
  7. +1 to the Markus. Currently using the IKEA TORKEL due to price constraints i had. I had tested the Markus out in a local IKEA store before buying the TORKEL and it surprisingly felt really good. Will definitely get the Markus if i were you.
  8. Top kek. I r8 8 out of 8 Will spill vodka on my keyboard again m8. Oh, i like how the cable is still attached in the 3rd picture.
  9. IKEA's TORKEL. Cost Around £50 - £70 (used a price converter, IT MIGHT be cheaper or more expensive). Looks fucking good, feels fucking good. I have jumped on it countless times, i have slept on it countless times. Oh, have i mentioned, there's a secret zip behind it to store your cash and other shenanigans [EDIT: I weigh roughly around 11 - 12 stones too] Overall, gaming chairs are ridiculously overpriced and are redundant. Just get 2 small pillows, tape it to a regular office chair (or the TORKEL) and boom, you got a makeshift gaming chair!
  10. Probably get the Hyperion Fury, G402 if money is an issue. [i have used it for close to a year now, was extremely hyped when it was released] Some cons: - I was not using a mousemat when i first bought this mouse. So after countless hours of rubbing the mousefeet on my IKEA wooden table, it caught some dust and the feet became easily peel-able(if that's a word) [side-note] In terms of accuracy, it depends on the user himself. Accuracy(in my opinion from CSGO) depends on muscle memory, positioning of crosshair etc. Accuracy is improveable and it took me a couple of (5-6) months to improve from a Gold Nova to a DMG. Stick to 1 mouse would be my best advice but there are others who constantly switches their mouse. Other than that, if it wasn't for the fucking Singapore tech prices, i would have definitely gone with the G502 for the infinite scrolling and the inter-changeable weights(i prefer heavier mouses.) P.S I'm not a tech geek, just take my opinion merely as an opinion.
