Not booting or beeping at all I checked all the cables and connections earlier, but can't spot any errors there.

Doesn't say anything at all. When I hit the power button, the only thing that turns on is the fan in the PSU it seem.

Not home rn but will check in half an hour

I recently upgraded to the new 10th series Intel CPU line. However, the motherboard didn't work so I had to RMA that. Anyway, I threw the old parts back in the PC. First time turning it on, everything seem perfect until I open rust. I load onto a server and the screen instantly goes black but I can still hear sound and use the PC (tried to pause and play spotify) Second time I open csgo, it survives for a good 5 minutes before doing the same again Last time I just watch youtube, and after half an hour ish it does the same again. This time the PC won't boot up again, and it hasn't for the past 2 days. Anyone know what could be wrong? Keep in mind, I've been using the old parts the day before with minor problems (cpu cooler not turning on) but otherwise it worked fine

After 4-5 years with i7 4790K, I finally decided to upgrade. My budget for the cooler is $50-80, and it needs to fit in a mATX (Fractal Design Node 804) case. I'm maybe gonna do a little overclocking (not changing voltage or power draw, just clock speeds) I had my 4790K at 4.6Ghz without changing anything and it worked perfectly fine. I only use my PC for rust, which is horribly optimized so I just need good single core performance, which is why I chose Intel and not AMD.

No overclocking just light gaming like csgo and fortnite. Choose this i3 cuz it's a quad core

Wasn't really sure what to call, the other parts was about trying to make it as affordable as possible lol. But thanks changed to the CX550M

He's getting my old 390 as I just upgraded. Any suggestions, and is the PSU enough or should I go for a more expensive one?

After breaking 2 pairs of the Apple earbods in a few months, I am now looking for a new pair of headphones for every day use for when I'm not home. The only requirements are that they've decent audio and don't break too easy

Some of the things I found in Event Viewer. (Assuming that the warnings/criticals/whatever is the important stuff) Specs are i7-4790K MSI R9 390 Twin Frozr 16 GB HyperX DDR3 1600MHz ram (2x8) Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD Western Digital Blue 1TB Corsair RM550 CM 212 EVO ASRock Z97M Pro (mATX) believe that was the name All parts are 1 1/2 years old with the exception being PSU and ram which was bought almost 2 years ago (unused until I got the other parts as it was a good deal) Removed the desktop ID as I have no idea if it's supposed to be hidden or not

Tried looking at something that was supposed to show a more detailed list of what was happening, but it just said something like unexpected shutdown or something. But I will try to look into the event viewer once my PC will let me have a few minutes without crashing on startup

Really need help After upgrading to the anniversarry update, my PC has been crashing constantly. It starts with me being on Chrome, all of a sudden, it will say waiting for cache and then I can't press the Windows button to restart and my Spotify will after a few minutes stop playing music. Then I will get a messae saying that Microsoft Windows has stoppede working. This has been going on for a while and at first I just ignored it as it only happend like 1-2 times a day. Now, it will happen constantly. Sometimes I'm lucky to have an hour session smooth, but then hell will start to show and it will become completely unresponsiveable. After a while, the screen will turn black (happend right now actually)Ty Here's what I've tried so far -Reset the computer entirely, keeping nothing -Fresh install -A few guides I found on Google Nothing has worked and I will apperciate every bit of help to fix this. (Typed this on my phone in a hurry, so I apologize for any spelling mistakes)

Ya I'm currently running Windows 10 on it, so that means I'm good and I can just start the fresh install?
