@Tech_Dreamer for a company like this, every few years it's very important to take a hard look at their pr and marketing strategy, and reformulate. Kinda like how ubisoft did a few years ago. They wouldn't be any less evil, but less stupid. EA, as well as a lot of AAA publishers, are prioritizing short term profits over long term sustainability, and putting the latter in focus is the only thing that prevents them from doing the shit they are known for- whales will be whales, you cant vote with your wallet. But what does that look like 10 years from now if they rape everything they publish?
Really it's a problem with the entirety of corporate america in modern times, the profit MUST improve quarter over quarter, even if you're taking the fire extinguisher out of the race car to make it lighter.
