  1. I don't want to be that guy, but this is a political stance. The poll in of itself is also political, factoring the question/and the limited answers. You can't really get away from it. Your belief does not address arrangements outside of employments or revenue obtained from investment income. This is important because the question is about income, not wages or salaries. The poll's question does not account from everyone participant's context (e.g. cost of living variance due to social, economical and political differences). You're just asked what the top and bottom earning tiers should be, assumingly to establish a certain level of equality in income distribution. OP's accompanying message is different, though. That message calls for clarifications from the participants of this poll. I'm not even sure why there's a poll people instead of asking them to just share their thoughts while factoring in their local differences (perceived and otherwise) since that's ultimately the point. The answers, poll or otherwise, will give you a glimpse into the politics of every participant and will become political by nature, just like you've given us insight into your politics. I think the only advice I can give is to keep this a level-headed discussion. Respect your peers. We all have different opinions and that's what makes us who we are.
  2. I mean yeah let's just put everything through one USB C cable. Design studies are always ruined if you know anything about the industry they're suggested for. A good case of that that has resurfaced recently was the "iPlane" concept. But the fogged transparent material is really was tickled my fancy since it's doable and rather fashionable so long as it's done properly.
  3. Just makes me want fogged plastic/glass anything to come back. It's too bad the IO's not exposed, lol. I imagine I could always put a diffusion film on my side panels.

  5. Not only does interpretation of the law also matter but the wording varies by jurisdiction so it's hard to talk blanket about a blanket "this is illegal". The police officer isn't likely to make the distinction between your open backs and closed headphones.
  6. lol we have this with our K95s and K70s sometimes depending on weather (dry/humid). In our case it's static electricity, so try removing yourself from static-generating environments (carpeted floor, the desk pad) and see if it's happening again. If it isn't, welp, there you go and if it is, do as the others have suggested.
  7. It's a 3 month period from official hiring date (prior trials are not accounted for). Summarized: You don't appear in videos. You don't have employee benefits (insurance). You're subject to a bit more scrutiny than you usually would be and you don't have your own access card to the building. The benefits and scrutiny are typical practice across organizations.
  8. Honda's been rushing a lot of things to market ever since the 2012 Civic fiasco. Crazy what a little bad press did to them (stemming from the wrong product strategy, admittedly). DI has been an outright reliability disaster. It was rushed to market with no consideration to the design flaws. Apparently Mazda hasn't had too tough a run with Skyactiv with regards to carbon buildup but it's still an issue. Good thing automakers have started doing dual injection systems now... Except for the yet again added complexity. Battery issues really need to be reported better, too. The amount of forum posts I've seen or just my own experience with dead or dying batteries has been kinda sad. Your electronics go haywire if voltage requirements aren't met and that also transfers over to your powertrain. Nobody seems aware of this when it happens.
  9. I mean, for a CUV, you can probably tell what my expectations are for handling/ride. I'm just amazed at how much the driving dynamics changed putting these on over the Geolamers.
  10. UHP AS tires got gud in recent years. Feel free to cross-reference performance ratings. I admittedly didn't put track tires on my daily like Jake but that's just absurd.
  11. Well, people were telling me to get a real car but I really wanted one on stilts. Because it stopped driving like a truck the moment I put those on. I hate truck tires.
  12. I don't know how the process works but that preview is aaaaaaaaaaaa
  13. This happened https://twitter.com/LinusTech/status/1029448992185352192
  14. If we're talking cut content it's mostly from Linus' side. I don't really understand your perspective.
  15. Longer than the average 2-3 years I've been owning them so far. I wouldn't worry because experience tells us otherwise with Toyota at least. There's an expected battery replacement expense for sure in the future but you have companies making better third party packs around that time anyhow.
  16. Might group buy one eventually. Can't justify right now. Want practicality and something not dreadful or amazing bork like the new CR-V's engine. The new Prius' line's got a p. good chassis.
  17. I sold my Scion iM, rip. CX-5 or Prius Prime? I've always dug Mazdas but never bought them + want some practicality. PP economy for long-term seems good though
  18. The Queens have been really letting us down lately. Glad you guys enjoyed it, we sure did too!
