  1. So I am an avid aeroplane spotter and have always used my default 18-105mm lens with my Nikon D3200, For long range pics at the airport though with distances in excess of 3km the digital cropping is not enough. I am trying to buy a lens but I am not really sure what to expect or how they perform, I normally shoot in broad daylight and don't care much about "bokeh". I also use autofocus for fast moving situations and the default Nikon 18-55 lenses seem really slow.

I have a very very tight budget of 150-200€ MAX and I am looking for used 300mm lenses.

Here are a couple I have found on a Spanish used item website that  I can probably reduce the price on.

I wanna know if a i5-8400 cpu will work with a gtx 1080? Or will that not work as good considering since most new games recommend i7s ? or should I just keep the cpu I have and just upgrade the graphics card

You'll get bottlenecking depending on the game

So your saying I don’t really need to upgrade to a i7-8700? But how can my i5 work with a gym 1080? Won’t my cpu go high ? Can you recommend me what Upgrades ylu think is best for me I’m looking for a new graphics card other then this rx580 and a air cooler because when running games like rainbow it gets up to 80degrees so tryna get that lower and a ssd card

Well I agree that the stock cooler on the CPU is crap, get a Hyper 212 EVO or anything larger than that as you won't see a noticeable difference below a 212 from a stock cooler. As for the GPU why do you want to change? If its toasty add more fans or add an aftermarket cooler.

I was able to get it into bios, but i had the memory in the wrong slot. I unplugged it, put the memory in the right spot, and not nothing is happening. The pc powers on and the lights turn on and fans spin, but there is no post screen.  No power to the keyboard and mouse either.  That was literally  the only thing different i done.  Please help before i have a nervous breakdown.

Are you running dual channel? Make sure they are in the correct spot, maybe the old confi was correct

I have an HP 8300 SFF i wonder if i could upgrade it for a better setup i have a gtx 1050 msi 2gb low profile if i put a better psu in there like a 420 watt psu instead of a 320 watt psu thats sff would that make a difference

    You'll get better overclocking performance....

Maybe it needs more ram, a better CPU, an SSD?

Bula Guys from Fiji (The tech savvy deprived Island Nation)

I am planning on building my first gaming Rig and would like some guidance on the best practice for Storage of OS files (On a SSD of its own) and game's and other software (graphics related) on another separate drive. Should I invest in a SSD or beefy HDD? How should I install my games on the separate drive? How can I organize the folders?

I don't want any of my gaming files or applications saved in documents, which is the problem I faced in my old laptop.

    Looking forward to your help!

You can simply install your OS on something like an NVME drive and then install your steam library on a separate HDD, Its fairly simple. I personally just have 2 large SSD's so everything is fast but most people would rather have an SSD for the OS and an HDD for the not so mission critical tasks.

Why did you buy an 800$ with the intention of spending 1000+$ on upgrades?
