I currently have a 270x but I am lookiing to upgrade soon this would be an excellent upgrade also this way I can focus more on upgrading my 1080p 6 year old tn pannel.

That's the type of power they provide where I live but 220 50hz is possible if i call an electrician but I would love to avoid that if possible.
