  2. Linus Tech Tips.I am Not sure if this will be helpful but have you tried looking at free traders or penny saver flyers even the news paper? I know out here in New York we have these news papers that have selling adds in them..
  3. Just like to see if anyone else out there has any other ideas on what else I could try to remedy this issue with my PC not shutting down correctly and stop it from restarting when I click on it to shut down? I like to know this before I go ahead and do a complete fresh install of Windows 10 Pro x64 by this coming Tuesday or Wednesday.... Thanks for any help anyone can give me as it would be greatly appreciated...
  4. Sorry for the late reply back,I managed to try the steps that where mentioned and it did not work,so I need to see if there is anything else I can try,if all else fails I just reload Windows 10 x64 and go from there, but if anyone else knows anything else I can try please let me know. Thank You for any help you can give me..
  5. Thank You. I will check that out tomorrow and see if that is the issue..
  6. Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me out please , My PC will not completely shut down it just keeps restarting, the only way I can shut the PC down is to shut off the power supply switch,. So I hope someone tell me how I can resolve this issue, it just started doing this 3 days ago and I can not figure how to solve this. Is there any You Tube videos out there that can easily show me how to fix this as it would be easier for me to understand and shows me how to fix my issue.. My PC is running Windows 10 64 bit.. Thanks for any help you can give me..
  7. No reason just seeing if there is anything a little better..
  8. Hello everyone, I am sure everyone or most of you here has used there cell phones as a GPS to get there driving directions to there destination.I have been using Google Maps but I like to know is there something that is a little better out there other the Google Maps that gives you turn by turn signals,One that actually will talk and tell you each turn by turn signals and how far you are from each turn or destination.I do not need anything fancy just a simple turn by turn signal with voice.. I am also using a iPhone X with the latest firmware update which is iOS 11.2.5 if anyone needs to know, Oh by the way I not very techie when it comes to some really fancy GPS apps out there, so I just need something that is simple to use, basically what I am saying is I just want to type in my starting point and my final destination to where I am going. Thanks for any help you can all give me as it is very much appreciated....
  9. Wanted to wish everyone on Linustechtips and there families to have a Happy New Year and to all be safe out there.
  10. I upgraded my iPhone 6 plus to the newest iPhone X the day it became available from Verizon..
  11. Thanks I was hoping something like this would be said as for my other hardware I am pretty much setup to the things you mentioned,so the good part is now that I have that extra money I can put it towards the Removu S1 gimbal for one of the 3 GoPro I have which are GoPro Hero 4,5 and now the 6 that I been wanting to get for quiet sometime now..
  12. Ok sounds good I just stay with using my Samsung EVO SSD, Thank You both for the help on this..
  13. Ok I was wondering about that as I do have a couple 500gb SSD's that I am using now,I was not sure if the M.2 made any difference plus I just wanted to actually try one out since I never used one before..
  14. Yes I am but I am not full blown into it,I mainly play all of the Call Of Duty series along with a few other games similar to COD..
  15. Can anyone recommend a good M.2 SSD to me? ,I want to install one on my ASUS X99-PRO LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard and I am not sure what I should get,I looking for one that is between 400gb to 500gb I would also like to stay around $200.00 to $250.00 ,Under $200.00 would better if that is possible..I never had one before and would surely would like to try one out.. I do have another question regarding different M.2 SSD and what does NVMe mean and is better then the ones that do not say NVMe..I do see the connectors are different but is there a better performance with the NVMe vs non NVMe ones.. since there is 2 different types of M..2 SSD and if the NVMe is the better of the 2 how can I tell if my ASUS X99-Pro will except this one, I can see it says M.2 in the manual my MB came with it says it will except these M.2.. 2 x M.2 Socket 3, , with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (Support PCIE SSD only) Sorry that I am asking this as I no nothing about M.2 SSD other then knowing my ASUS X-99-Pro has a place that I can install one on the MB.. For a example this one says NVMe https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820250085 and this one does not say NVMe https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820250082 Thanks for any help and info you can give me on one I could use..
