  1. I'm training for my PPL at the moment, and am hoping to do my first solo this coming August on my 16th birthday
  2. If you're trying to drive that many devices from the tablet, you might need a powered USB hub
  3. Exploding with jealousy that's seriously cool
  4. I tried to use the tool, but it was also unsuccessful
  5. I tried reformatting in OS X, but the option to erase the drive is greyed out. Also, the card is showing up as read only
  6. I have tried the card in 2 different computers, and the results have been the same. When in Windows the adapter is recognised, however the SD card isn't as there is no storage shown
  7. When I try to reformat the card, I get an error stating that the card is write protected. There is not a switch on the card, however I do have an adapter. I tried to use the adapter to remove the write protection, however nothing happened.
  8. Hi all, I have recently been having some problems with my Micro SD cards since upgrading to a Galaxy S5. My old Micro-SD suddenly became write protected, and there was no way for me to remove this. I thought that it had just given up and died, so I ordered a new card. The new card came, and the exact same thing happened. I sent it back, and a new one was dispatched. Yet again, the same issue arose. The card is also not showing up in Windows. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this issue? It's incredibly frustrating! Many Thanks, -ArrogantAdam
  9. No idea, I did the exact same thing the second time installing Windows
  10. Before I saw any of this, I tried re-installing Windows, and now everything is working fine
  11. Update: I needed a new drive quickly, so I just returned it to the store I bought it from and they replaced it straight away. I then returned home and installed it in my system. I put in a Windows 8 Install disk, installed Windows and motherboard drivers, and then restarted. Upon restarting, I received the error message 'Reboot and select proper boot device etc.' I rebooted and checked in the bios that my SSD was set as the only boot drive. I then rebooted again and received the same error. I unplugged all other drives from my system, and I still got the same error. Was the original issue perhaps to do with another part of my system?
  12. Ok, so I ran a scan on HD Tune, and virtually all of my sectors on the drive are bad. The drive is only 1 month old, so I don't know what could have caused this problem
