    Thank You. I was able to go into Safemode and delete the files that remained after the official "uninstall". It was one of the most problematic uninstalls I've ever experienced (and my first word processor ran on CPM with 2 floppys and no hard drive!)

    A repair shop put webroot on my pC after it got infected with a virus. 3 years later i asked them to take it off seeing it had to be removed by a "network administrator" theres still program files on the hard drive and its still showing up in processes. I cannot stop the processes as STOP does not apply. I cannot remove the remaioning core fiels as it takes SYSTEM permission any ideas how to get rid of these Thank You

    After the Win 11 updates 7/28 my Corsair AIO fans RGB isnt working, I cannot install ICUE to try a clean install. it stops at configuring 20%. I corsairplug in for Aura Sync is uninstalled but when I try to re-install it it says a newer version is installed Any suggestions?

    I said to heck with it and put an iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler (360 mm radiator) Temps are much better. I did get 94 on Cinebench but per Intel that's OK. I really like the AIO; wonder why i waited so long

    I used the paste that came with the Noctura cooler, first time i have not used arctic silver.. Just ordered more Arctic Silver for the new cooler

    It's been a long while since I built a new system, so I'm a bit behind on how much companies can get away with these days.

    I have an Intel 13700KF processor, with a Noctua NH-D9L cooler. I use Core Temp 1.8 to check cooling on my new builds. Cores 4 and 5 are usually having max temps 12-18 degrees C higher then the rest of the cores. The max reported was 100 C. I went into BIOS and raised my CPU fan to max and it is regulating the temp better, but 4&5 are still consistantly warmer. I was going to try swapping the cooler for the Noctua NH-U12S (bigger fan and heatsink) and go back to using Arctic Silver thermal paste. Any other suggestions why this might be happening or how to mitigate it? Thanks

    I had seen the feature mentioned on some cards and not others. I assume nothing anymore. Heck I can't even get a pizza delivered in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable temperature anymore.

    When I received my ASUS Geforce RTX 3080 OC 12 GB graphics card there was no documentation at all in the box. After installing it, I noticed none of the 3 fans were spinning. I could not find any info about if the fans are thermostatically controlled, so I called support to ask them. I was told its a hardware problem and send it back Meanwhile I saw something on-line about Tweak II softwear. The Asus site now has Tweak III. So I d/l that and there was a 0db switch that i turned off and guess what!!! The 3 fans started working!! But Tweak III only showed 2 fans.... So I asked ASUS for a manual on this software. They sent me the Tweak II manual! I had hung up already and went to the On-Line chat to ask for the Tweak3 manual. After being multiple links, none of which had a manual i quit. Is anyone familiar with Tweak III and can tell me about setting parameters for the 3 fans on my graphics card? Thank You

    My Nvidia 3080 fans werent on. I tried d/l Tweak and they were turned off. I took off the 0bd mode and they started working!

    I re-flashed my BIOS AFTER upgrading the firm wear and I can transfer files between the 2 devices VERY quickly. The phone shows "not connected", but just go on the bluetooth tab on the computer and tell it to receive files and they go!
