When I try to install any drivers onto my dell precision M6800 I get an error message that says The procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll what does this mean?

Windows 7 because its an older version of inventor that wont run on newer operating systems, and around £700-800

there will be some complex drawings and assemblies as well as creating bends on components with a lot of holes which currently can take up to an hour on the current laptop

I am using an old HP printer and after replacing some components on it such as the transfer drum,toner and some rollers I still get these big black streaks of ink. Any help on what causes and how to stop this would be appreciated.
