This projector is a great TV replacement if you do not want to ceiling mount something

I am currently using an AlienFX Membrane Keyboard. I want a new keyboard because I cannot stand using a membrane keyboard and really want a mechanical one.

Excalibur v2 keyboard because I have never had a mechanical keyboard and have heard amazing things about them.

Adorama had a similar rebate in the past which I participated in. I received an American Express reward card that could be used anywhere. The rebate is through Canon so it is a manufacturer's rebate. It is also a good deal if you need new ink, you can buy it, take the ink, and sell the printer.
