Jesus why cant Excel just have a fucking "Auto UPPER or lower or Proper" button? Why do I have to use formulas or plugins or some other cell bullshit to change the Case formatting of existing cells? Why cant you just, I dunno, DO WHAT YOU DID FOR WORD?

Even Autodesk, the company that has Spellcheck in AutoCAD (but not Inventor ), has this feature across their entire lineup....
