I think the problem here is interpretation. After watching that section of the video I noticed that he said 'exclusive to Xbox'. Most people think of consoles when they think of Xbox. This is incorrect because windows 10 comes with Xbox integration. It has its own Xbox application. He never said it was an Xbox 'ONE' exclusive. Personally my biggest worry is the game coming out and not supporting multi gpu or full screen just like the recently released Rise of the Tombraider due to an issue with the way the Windows store works. 

although its entirely possible for your high temps to be caused by the poor quality thermal paste that Intel went with I would still reseat the CPU block. In honesty I haven't used the 3570k but I do know that 80 degrees while playing Battlefield 3 on a single loop system using only one GPU is high.
