Thank you for the quick answers guys! I guess i'll go with Z97+i7. I'm sure the hypertreading will help with my streaming endeavors . I'll be sure to make a build log once i have all the parts.
Btw should i expect anything great in terms of OC with the Hyper 212 EVO ? Maybe somthing like 4.4Ghz ?

Hey dude , tbh your case (the 350D) doesn't offer a lot of space so i would go for something like a dual bay res/pump combo. You can get a "custom" WC kit from Performance pc.com for little over 150$. After further research i went with the ASUS Strix GTX 970. Its cheaper can overclock it a decent amount and the fanless mode sounds quite interesting TY for your input !
