I have set al links to the parts in the first message there are the prices and the my budged us around 700 a 730 euros

so it is better to take a other motherboard. if so any suggestions?

The r4 have 2 really quiet fans so i do not think it is necenssarely to change them. (and a switch that lets you control the voltech) I will ad the CM Hyper 212 Evo to my list of things that i want so that i have some better cooling for the cpu. Don't really know of i'm going to overclock the CPU and the XTG 660 TOP is already overclockt so I don't have to overclock him feather. @kyuubi654 good luck with your build :D
