Hey man, did you get sorted? I had to contact them regarding my order that I placed in June which still hasn't arrived. I did at least get an alternative tracking website
It didn't bother me enough to dislike the video because that's a ridiculous reason to do so, but I did find it distracting. I wouldn't have minded if she interacted with Linus in some way, but she was just there, Switch lurking.
I started watching LTT way back when it was just unboxings/overviews, it's progressed so much since then and Linus' comment about being the top gear of tech reviews is pretty spot on. While I don't have the same need for tech reviews in my life as I used to, I still enjoy the channel(s) Channel Super Fun often has stuff worth watching and TechQuickie usually has some form of knowledge that I find interesting.
I'm hoping LMG continues to evolve and keeps its sense of humour
iTunes stuff will let you view it on your PC or any Apple device.
Google Play will let you do exactly the same.
iTunes sadly has the larger content base at present but Google is rapidly expanding

I'd have had more but I've seen the rest on Youtube =\
a headphone amp would be better if you just want it to be louder, it's going to be cheaper and you can take it around with you for your phone etc.
If you move beyond a headset to headphones then I'd suggest and amp & DAC combo, as others have suggested but this would be somewhat expensive.
Edit:
I just saw it's not for headphones/headsets but instruments so take a look at this link http://amazon.co.uk/Alesis-Guitar-Link-Audio-GuitarLink/dp/B002IDTPB2
It's only £17 and I've known people to use it without complaint
