  1. i think i7 4970K will do better if its BF-4. but and OC i5 4690K will do the work too.
  2. Will you recommend a better case from coolermaster in which i can have " Asus Maximus ranger VII " with enough clearance for H100i on top for Push pull or at least Pull or push ? i'm using HAF 912 advanced now. and i'm not able to mount it anywhere inside with fans . other thing cooler master have to pay attention on the back exhaust vent placing when giving any option for 240mm radiator top mount coz i've checked 4 or your cases and if anyone mount rad on top it blocks the 25% back exhaust mount area so you can't put it inside .Thanks
  3. Read the post carefully and Ranger is a bang for the buck for ROG VII owners .
  4. Ranger is best bang for buck now in Maximus 7 line. its a lovely and much better looking board then others.
  5. do to the Dram timing control and set it to 10-11-10-28 see if this works for you
  6. in few years there will much better CPUs will be in market and an i5 skylake will out run Haswell and D.C CPUs .
  7. as i get it from my experience . in games there is not even a minor difference in games if you are running on 1600Mhz or 3200Mhz . yeah in video rendering you can may get 10% to 15% tops difference in times from 1600hmz CL 9 to 2400hmz cl11.
  8. yes i can tell a little now coz i'm earning from video editing CAD and software development and for last 2 months i'm in the deep shit hole called Overclocking . lol
  9. you know what linus could be wrong its tech world sometimes you get more from what you expect less and some times chips don't even work . if you want to know the reality of rams . talk to overclockers not gamers or only video editors .i bet no gamer can tell difference between a 1600hmz ram and a 3200mhz ram in gaming . where video editor can tell you that . but overclocker can tell you pors and cons of that ram on every timing every timing every speed and volume . linus is 95% right on things but chips can do deception. getting my point ?
