Once my friend was building a pc I told him what he needed and said I would build it. When he got all the components I went to him he had all the wright components and sockets etc. I said I need to look at the power supply to see how much watts he has and then he brings me a potato and put a cable in it and says potato's have much energie  

I would get the One Plus 3, if that's not an option go for the ZTE

The poseidon z is probably not a bad choice. linus has a review video on it.

I have seen some cheap mechanical keyboards from not so well known companies available in germany and austria, but most of them dont come in the german qwertz layout.

I'd say high end, for an average consumer at least.
 
Of course there's LGA 2011-v3, GTX 980s and whatnot but just because we're used to talk a lot about those super high end specs doesn't mean that your PC is not high end. I'd say high end, but not super high end. A GTX 980 would probably manifest the high end state.

Windows 8.1 is enough, the core version.
