    consider this : I won't get a contract so a smartphone is like 300. Then there is a fee for adding a line. Then there is the monthly bill, and I already pay 40 bucks a month for unlimited talk and text. that will be 80 bucks a month + the phone and i have to pay for all of that. Yeah, not happening.
