I used to be more fat. I have grown and lost weight. Not done any serious workout, just the stuff in school. I started eating less, in the summer I ate once or twice a day and sat behind my PC all the time. Well not all the time, mowed the lawn, went swimming.
Oh and I am around 178Cm tall and I weigh around 82Kg. Two years ago it was 166Cm(not sure) and 88Kg.
