  1. More info about your setup might be helpful. What case, and what case fans are you using? Because unless the cooler is getting a good supply of fresh cool air then even the best will under perform.
  2. Doesn't GTA V have hookers? Isn't that sexual crime? Albeit non violent (and assuming you ignore what pimps actually do.) But the topic does have deep sociological roots. People used to openly cheer actual murderous criminals like John Dillinger, although they would have never cheered similar sexual violence. Similarly it is somewhat more acceptable to role play certain forms of violence than others. Taboos are what they are - there is often little rhyme or reason.

    pasta help

Some recipes call for adding oil to the cooking water. This is unnecessary. You can dress the cooked pasta with pretty much any oil to your liking. Canola has a very light/neutral flavor, so will not bring as much brightness as a virgin olive oil. I'd go 50-50 with oil and melted butter, then some grated hard cheese.
  4. That's at least the second time you have greatly misrepresented what I said. Here is my FULL quote YOU are the one who has chosen to focus on only ONE possible answer (guess actually.) You might have more credibility if you wouldn't grossly misrepresent people to the point of dishonesty. But, given your overall behavior in this thread I do not think it likely. And here's ONE MORE bit of speculation on my part. Maybe Obama didn't remove Comey because he knew the FBI never really investigated the DNC hack and didn't want his replacement to actually conduct a real investigation. http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/312767-fbi-never-examined-hacked-dnc-servers-report# “The DNC had several meetings with representatives of the FBI’s Cyber Division and its Washington (D.C.) Field Office, the Department of Justice’s National Security Division, and U.S. Attorney’s Offices, and it responded to a variety of requests for cooperation, but the FBI never requested access to the DNC’s computer servers,” DNC deputy communications director Eric Walker told BuzzFeed in an email." How do you conduct an investigation without looking at the actual scene of the crime???
  5. Pretty much. The FBI does not prosecute. They make referrals to the DOJ and the DOJ decides whether or not to prosecute.
  6. I offered that as one possible alternative. Off the top of my head. You asked me to speculate, I did, and now you wish to pick and choose exactly which guess I need to substantiate? Get over yourself.
  7. Sort of. If Joe Biden stabbed an innocent person to death in broad daylight he most certainly would be arrested and tried for murder in the jurisdiction of the crime. But, until he was successfully impeached (which would be a separate matter) he would remain VP. Not that it would ever happen that way, just that impeachment does extend to offenses that are not actual defined crimes. IOW the Constitution's prohibition on ex-post facto laws does not prevent impeachment for anything you may have done or failed to do.
  8. I never brought up the issue of Hillary or her emails. That was the other guy who did that. That you consider a formal report from the US Judiciary Committee "garbage" out of my ass says more about you than I need to know to end this discussion.
  9. Your question (while certainly valid) really was not my concern. I just wished to correct the misconception that the FBI is somehow independent of the President.
  10. If you are not going to read the link that's fine. Just admit that your accusing me of "pulling shit" out of my ass was wrong. You are the one who is wrong.

  12. You tell me I'm wrong but offer nothing in the way of a rebuttal. Prove yourself.
  13. Again, I'm getting the impression that you really do not understand the fundamental nature of our government. You do know that there is no real legal standard for impeachment? That impeachment is purely a political question? Because the Constitution provides no definition for "high crimes and misdemeanors." It means whatever the House and Senate can agree it means. Edit: Given the pace of your reply it is clear you did not follow the link. You really should - it is apropos to the discussion.
  14. That's more of a political question than a legal question. Maybe he didn't think they would find anything. Maybe he thought the investigation could be used for political gain (like Clinton and Monica.) Maybe he thought they would find something and didn't want to be impeached like Nixon https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saturday_Night_Massacre Your guess is as good as mine. Edit: Maybe he was more concerned about looking bad than actually being bad.
  15. No, Comey didn't "start" the investigation. The FBI has been tracking Russian espionage efforts (computerized or not) since long before Comey came along. Going way back to when they were the Soviet Union. Now you are just making stuff up.
  16. As I noted above. the very first sentence of Article II of the US Constitution reads: "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. " Try reading these https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Department_of_Justice https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Bureau_of_Investigation The Director of the FBI works for the Attorney General. The Attorney General works for the President. The President can very much direct the actions of his/her subordinates. That's how the Executive branch works.
  17. I never said he was king. If you wish to argue with the words you put in other people's mouths then I really cannot be of much help to you. What I did say is that Obama is the Chief Executive of the US government. Meaning he is ultimately responsible for whatever the Executive branch does. And the FBI is part of the Executive branch.
  18. Are you honestly trying to say that Comey himself was involved in everything having to do with investigating everything? Please. Comey delegates, just like Obama delegates. Bringing the Hillary issue into this only betrays your partisan agenda. Obama chose Comey. It was Barack Obama who appointed Comey to the position in 2013. So Comey serves under Obama. I get that you do not understand the US Constitution. But let me make it explicit for you. Article II governs the Executive branch. The very first sentence of Article II read: "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." It is what it is, everything that the Executive Branch does - including the entire Department of Justice (you do know who runs that branch, and which party she belongs to, don't you?) is on one person and one person only. This is not remotely up for debate. It is the way it is.
  19. Yes Comey is the Boss of the FBI. He presided over the investigations by the Agency. But Obama is the Boss of Comey. And he presides over everything Comey does. Because, you see, Obama is the Chief Executive of the United States Making him the boss of anything the Executive branch does. Ergo not a Republican led investigation.
  20. Republican run FBI??? You do know that the FBI is under the Department of Justice, part of the Executive branch, right? A branch currently headed by Barack Obama, President of the United States... Or that the FBI and the CIA also agreed that Iraq had WMDs prior to the Iraq war, right?
  21. I did by ADATA RAM. All 32 GB of it...
  22. I agree, (although my current rig is 4790k/1070.) Your monitor and the sorts of games you prefer might mean there is no appreciable benefit to be gained from a more expensive GPU. I upgrade GPUs about once every 2-3 years, but prefer my CPU to last at least five.
  23. Powerline is probably your best option if your home's electrical system is reasonably modern. But if there is any way possible to run ethernet cable then run the cable. Personally I would not be opposed to snaking it along the baseboards if necessary. You can always paint it to match.
  24. No, I still say Browns. Reds are really only for two kinds of people - either people who already know exactly what they want or those who are buying the keyboard for dedicated gaming. Trying to type text with Reds takes some serious getting used to.
