  1. I meant it in connection with the performance loss. Haswell CPUs are more affected than Skylake+
  2. The fact is, I really don't. There are no advantages in SLI nowadays. And I can accomodate 1 GPU and a PCIe sound card easily.
  3. Hello, I have a custom loop in Phanteks Enthoo Primo, the build should be in the signature. The problem I am dealing with right now is.. I would like to make my build smaller, to put it in Define R6 for instance and while I am at it, I thought, whether I should upgrade or not. The single-core performance is brutal on 8700K, it is also more meltdown/spectre proof than i7 5930K. The PC would be just for gaming. What do you think?
  4. I would never buy second hand keyboard or mouse. Hygiene issues...
  5. Do you earn money by winning games? No. So you shouldn't care at all. There are more reasonable things to be stressed about, not some stupid games. And you should also go out and socialize with other people.
  6. I would go with PG279Q. A single 1080 won't be enough for 4K. The HW isn't there just yet, for AAA titles to be played at highest possible settings. And you have to invest so much in more GPUs. And if I were you, I would buy 6700K instead of 6900K. Just saying, if you want it purely for gaming.
  7. I own PG278Q and I regret not waiting for IPS panels to come out.
  8. If you are right handed, I would wait. For me personally, is much better Proteus Core due to the fact, that it is not ambidextrous.
  9. Classified cards are superior, I tend to buy only those. But the demand! I had to wait for about month after they were released, before I was able to get my hands on 980Ti Classy.
  10. It fixed a problem just partially, but is is a bit better now.
  11. Btw, does it also allow for automatic updates?
