  1. I'm just here so I don't get fined.
  2. I have been running it for over a month and have seen no ill effects whatsoever. I was expecting to but have not noticed anything.
  3. So i currently have Dual 6850s in crossfire and am thinking of getting a single 7850 instead since i can sell the 6850s for what the 7850 will cost. Just not sure if it's technically an upgrade since it's hard to find crossfire vs single card benchmarks. What do you guys think? thanks in advance. threee6
  4. so DVI-A is the analogue only? Because that's the one i need else my PC trys to put out a Digital signal by default.
  5. Thanks for the help guys. That is the one i need, found a listing for a 10m one and says used to go from DVI to SVGA. Was just checking as when i hooked my PC to a friends projector his cable was DVI-D dual link and my GPU fracking insisted on outputting a digital signal so i had to hook up a hdmi monitor at the same time and tell it in catalist not to.
  6. is that a "should be" as in not 100% or is that the one i need because i'm about to order it lol
  7. i'm only messing lol i know my spelling is terrible. I'm cornish but thank god i don't have a cornish accent haha.
  8. you're from birmingham, i'll take my bad spelling over an accent that makes me sound like i'm chewing on a wasp anyday. lol
  9. want to hook my pc to my Sanyo PLC-XW200 projector and it uses VGA inputs. My GPU is a ati 6870 with dual DVI just need to know witch of the following i need DVI-I to VGA DVI-D to VGA DVI-A to VGA Thanks in advance. threee6.
  10. the Event Horizon is there but the Lewis & Clark rescue vessel isn't
  11. i think slick should steal it and finish the thing then film some kind of weird geek version of "extreme make over"
  12. the title says it all really, friends office has 1 RJ45 (coming from downstairs) and he need more, is there any way/anything i can use, to make it so there are more connections from the single cable? as you may have realised i know sod all about networking lol Thanks in advance. threeee6
  13. my friend used to work at a place that tested warranty return PS3 systems, at one point we were taking home loads of faulty PS3's with various faults, stripping them and using the good parts to build consoles. Best bit was if a console was deemed to be not worth fixing they would throw the controllers out with them as well, regardless if they worked or not!
  14. Friend bought a xbox 360 HD DVD drive at a car boot for £5 and it's working on the system but VLC does not seem to support HD DVD, i can rip the disks to .MKV but obviously this is a bit of a faf just to wach a film he has on disk, Any help apreciated. Thanks in advance. threee6.
