  1. in future i will be building ryzen system so will 550 watts be enough or should i plan for 650W. Also i'm planning to get this psu Cooler Master MWE GOLD 550W (link: http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/80-plus/mwe-gold-550-full-modular/)
  2. is this one ok Cooler Master MWE GOLD 550W (link: http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/80-plus/mwe-gold-550-full-modular/) will this be enough for some minor OC with future ryzen cpu.
  3. I have mentioned my system spec on my signature. Anyways here they are CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4350 @4.2GHz MoBo: 970 PRO GAMING/AURA Ram: 2x8GB HyperX FURY 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB PSU: Corsair VS550Watt HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda + 1TB WD green CPU Cooler: JONSBO CPU AIR COOLER - CR-201 RED LED Display: LG 24MP88HV-S 24-inch Slim IPS Now I know 850W is a overkill, just want to secure myself since ill be upgrading to ryzen system+ new motherboard+ 32 GB (Need this for some of VM work i need to do from time to time). so will 650W do with coming soon future upgrade? or should i go for 750W power supply?
  4. I would love to but as of now budget is what making me choose among those, Also I in 2 state of minds as to whether am I going overkill with 750W or 850W, since cooler master PSU calculator says the max output ill need is 385W and recommended is 435W. So the recommended PSU from them is of 650W. Might end up getting 650W Cooler Master power supply since its in budget + supports my requirement. @Crunchy Dragon Your take on this?
  5. Hey guys, I am planning to get a new power supply for my system. Currently I am looking at Antec HCG-850 and Cooler Master MWE GOLD 750W . Need your help me within this selection. Thank you.
  6. Hey can you share the pics of whats in the box, since i am also planning to get the same model. It would help as to whats inside the box. Also how is it working till now?
  7. This 2TB Hdd which i am currently using is also recently bought. Possibilities are there the HDD might be bad. Infact i am thinking of doing a complete virus scan again and then format the complete HDD to install a completely fresh Windows. Would check for bios rev, but i guess I had updated it still would check it. Planning to use my other working system to check the hardware i have in this faulty system.
  8. Motherboard and CPU i dont think so, Since i have recently change those... PSU probably, but i works fine on diff system which i have at home. On just system i am facing issues.
  9. Guys, For Some time now i have been facing PC crashes like PC freezing, applications crashing, PC rebooting completely suddenly in middle of anything (like gaming, browsing etc.). I have been doing various checks like changing the wall socket to different location, removing my UPS from the connection and connecting PC directly to raw power. I have even tried by changing the RAM slots and re-assembled the hardware altogether. Still the issue was there. I finally got a break when i went on to bring the overclocking of the system to factory default, The PC freezing and application crashing stopped. But still the PC rebooting itself dint go, it is still there. Can you guys tell me what can be the issue that might be leading to this PC rebooting itself suddenly without any warnings. It would be lot helpful for me.
  10. Link to that video please. I think i might have to go with DIY route only.
  11. Hey All, So i was in process of changing my Cabinet but leaving the internal parts as it is. have selected Crosair 460x and is happy with the selection. What i am actually here for is is there anyway i can get a backplate for my old AMD Radeon HD 7770 for time being...?? until i change the interior parts also. If yes can you guys guide me. Cant find it on ebay.in (local to my country), but is completely ok with if i have to ship that backplate with international shipping too. A little help from you guys can i guess make it possible. Thank you.
  12. well i would like to get Razer Blade 14 . Why? because then i would be able to make more of the worthless memes that nobody laughs on :3
  13. Hello guys, its good to be back here after such a long time. Since my Engineering studies is going to end coming monday. i will be free before i go looking for job. so in the mean time i taught of modding my case, which i wanted to do for a long time now (2 years approx.). I also might have posted some threads over here for the same when i got this case. So job the journey, i will start posting the updates as soon as i start with this small mod. P.S.: I am a noob in this mooding business, SO you guys helping me in start with the tools required will be of much help to me. so my mod is for CM 311 Elite Case. Things i am planning to do: Add a window to the case side-panel. add to 120mm fans slots at the top. add RGB LED lightning strip (will only use Red though) (had the RGB led strip lying around from our last construction project of our house) Here, this is how i cam going to tackle this. ( your suggestions are definitely welcome since i am noob in this modding business) Cut my Side-panel of the case for the Window. to make it look from this to this Cut 120mm holes on the top of the case for air flow. (right now i am using stock cooler since the CPU temps stay at 100F or 35-50C, cause of Air conditioner. outside temp is stays at around 35-38/40C during day in summer over here in INDIA right now.) The holes i want to cut is this way. after this two major steps are done LED lightning part will come. the most important part here is i might have to use our old molex socket hack to make this work. since i am afraid i don't have the appropriate wires for it to work in my system otherwise. Now that this part is done, this is where i need your help, i want you guys to help me decide Design of the window for the second part where i cut the wholes, i had this template printout. of 120mm fan, but i don't think that it was that accurately printed as to there where certain instruction as to how to print them as they where a bit confusing for me. a little help over will also be appreciated. also i need your help with the tools. As stated earlier i have 0 to no experience of this tools. so which tools are appropriate for all the tasks i have mentioned that are needed to have with me on this small project. Things that might or might not be done: powder coating whole case (depends on my budget and the quotation i receive from the local vendor [have not asked him yet though]) other points might be added if i desire to work more on it Thank you for reading this and joining with me on this mod. Edit: i forgot to add, the reference pictures are of the case with window side panel, and fan wholes cut is not mine. i just googled it. also the other image in there of the base model of my case, which i have.

    Need Help.

Guys can anyone over help me with this code.. we are doing a small project on speech filter just as a practical... and we where using this matlab code(.m file) and where getting both non filtered and filtered waveforms, but later on we got to know that we need to perform this on scilab and thus using this function mfile2sci(); we converted our matlab code to scilab(.sci file), but when code to scilab we cant get the output for our filtered wave form. can anyone over have a look at this to codes. i have added both the matlab and scilab code in following order: 1. matlab code 2. scilab code .m file%filtering of speech signal using FIR-LPF clear all;fp=fopen('C:\Users\Ashish\Desktop\Main\watermark.wav','r');fseek(fp,44,-1);a=fread(fp,1024);plot(a);title('plot of speech signal');xlabel('sample number');ylabel('Amplitude');fs=16000;t=0.00125;Q=fs/2*t;disp(Q);for i=1:10, x(i)=(sin(0.125*pi*i))/(i*pi);enda(11)=0.125;for i=1:10, a(i)=x(Q-(i-1));endfor i=2:11,a(i+Q)=x(i-1);endw1=window(@blackman,21);for i=1:21, z(i)=a(i)*w1(i);endc=conv(a,z);figure;plot(c);axis([1 1024 80 130]);title('plot of filtered speech signal');xlabel('sample number'); ylabel('Amplitude'); .sci file// Display modemode(0);// Display warning for floating point exceptionieee(1);//filtering of speech signal using FIR-LPFclear;fp = mtlb_fopen("E:\4.wav","r");mseek(44,fp,"set");// L.5: No simple equivalent, so mtlb_fread() is called.a = mtlb_fread(fp,1024);plot(a);title("plot of speech signal");xlabel("sample number");ylabel("Amplitude");fs = 16000;t = 0.00125;Q = (fs/2)*t;disp(Q);for i = 1:10 x(1,i) = sin((0.125*%pi)*i)/(i*%pi);end;a(1,11) = 0.125;for i = 1:10 a(i) = x(Q-(i-1));end;for i = 2:11 a = mtlb_i(a,i+Q,x(i-1));end;// !!
