Depends on what you are looking for. For me it's the 4K results, that's the speed of small files that always moves, example. loading in games, startup, etc.

Take a look at the DS502 Gaming Headset by MSI. It has decent mic quality good for coms on online games. The sound quality is superb, also with the included features and application for the headset (Virtual Surround, and more) it will be worth the price. Just check it out.

GTX 950 is somewhat near on par with RX 460. Maybe 470 to 970 performance ish?

Yep it can beat the 1060 if it's based on price/performance ratio, though its far for the performance

Yep it can fit your video card in there. Gigabyte 1060 has a length of 223mm. While the Cougar Spike supports up to 330mm

Well not really, I'm aiming to compile all useful information for the GTX 1050 GPU. What difference it MAY have to its 10's variants or Radeon ones. Hmm. Maybe? I haven't seen a "leaked" benchmark test for the 1050's yet so still don't know.
