  1. I haven't, think Ive only had silicone/rubber ones.
  2. I think im in the middle between sizes, the smallest ones typically dont hold the best and the next size up tend to hurt or have to be stuffed then block the music. I think i remember hearing about that. Theyre $50 off and it kinda peaked my interest. I hate seeing the cost of wireless buds but need a decent kinda that wont die too quick.

    Pixel buds

Hey all, Do any of you have pixel buds? They're on sale and I was wondering how they are. Been buying cheapo buds and they keep dying randomly. Figure I finally bite the bullet and buy a major brand, plus they're on sale today. How's the fitting for smaller ears? I usually struggle with buds without the ear loop/hook piece, dont need it falling out on me. How well do they perform with sweat/rain? I workout quite often and sometimes run while its misting outside.
  4. Assuming thats from rapid mode being on? Was concerned either had a bad 950 or god tier 850
  5. Ran crystaldisk for the first time on both my 950 (512gb) and 850 (2tb) pro ssds. Not sure if this is normal readings or not?? I thought the 950 would be faster on nvme and pcie or am I missing something?
  6. So would any of yall recommend this monitor currently? I was looking into buying some, but starting to feel iffy.
  7. Quick search Im seeing some people say the crashes were related to different factors, gpu included/excluded. If the amd drivers make you cautious, you wouldnt be missing much with the 2070, and anything oc will make up for.
  8. 2070 and 5700 xt tend to trade blows but some benchmarks ive found show 2070 oc'ing better. Plus if you care for nvidias software stuff then thats an addon for the 2070.
  9. How many watts does your power supply have?
  10. I asked her and she said they use it in class and it doesn't seem to be helping too much.
  11. I guess more for the packet tracer, possibly just something that's helpful and free to help her out. They just started subnetting and such, she's starting to get the hang of it, but the class is so bland its just monkey see, monkey do, not much information to grab onto.
  12. Not sure if this would be the proper thread, but I'm sure the mods will know. So I have a friend who is starting their computer science degree and are currently taking CCNA. Does anyone know any good sites/pages/etc for some useful info to help study with??
  13. Yeah my bad, my eyes skimmed over the thread
  14. Do you like the look of the new Trident Z Royal? Just curious, personally I think they look kinda cheesy.
  15. Yeah, same. plus it does have a rad on it, so you'd have to make room for that or just pop out your real case fan. Well, spec wise, Zotac has the best out of the box numbers. (as far as I've seen)
  16. I've been trying to find this out for the past few days myself, It's been hard to tell due to nobody testing with the same methodologies. Out of the box, top clocked are the Zotac amp extreme than the Gigabyte Aorus. As for the best OC'er, well it's kinda stuck due to Nvidia locking things down and obviously taking the best-binned chips for themselves (unless this has changed and I'm just unaware). Asus supposedly has one of the best VRMs, but it doesn't matter much unless maybe using LN2, but maybe it'll last longer overall with an OC on it. The KINGPIN card was announced early January, but still, no launch yet.
  17. Just checked out a couple of reviews, S1000DB look super nice.
  18. Budget, mmm I guess maybe like 500 max if it was a nice(r) setup. It's been ages since I've done any kind of audio equipment research, so I wasn't sure if I'd need amp/dac, soundcard etc. Surround would be nice, but I don't think I'd have a permanent enough setup for it. So probably stereo for now.
  19. Hey guys, looking into upgrading my PC's speaker setup. I've had a Logitech X-540 5.1 surround setup for the past like 10 years or so. The issue is that since making my new desk, and having triple monitors, the wires on this speaker setup is limited, I'd have to mount the subwoofer to the underside of the desk or something for the extra cable length. I haven't been able to use the 5.1 aspects for quite some time as I'd have nowhere to sit the rear antennas. I guess I'd prefer a great setup for a dual antenna system, the cost isn't too much of an issue or if it requires amp/dac etc, just looking for a nice setup. any recommendations?
  20. I used to enjoy tweaking things but haven't had much time to. I'd been using my iPod for so long that I was used to Itunes layout and even preferred using iTunes 10.7 with a dark skin. Then just switched to my phone after it was stolen, but man HTCs sync manager sucks royally. Finally bit the bullet and went to the newest version and found iSync, which works just like my old iPod. The only downside is you only get 100 song trial (lol?) before it asks you to upgrade.
  21. I ended up going with iSync, I've been used to managing with iTunes, but have been out of date since my last iPod touch was stolen a year or two ago. The cost was $10 for unlimited but it works well and I can manage my music easier. I tried foobar, but man I hate the layout, probably could've found a skin or something, but oh well. Thanks, guys.
  22. Hello everyone, I've been looking for a new way to manage my music on my phone. I've got an HTC m10, I've had the horrendous HTC Sync manager for a short time and was quickly looking to find something better. Any thoughts on a batter sync software and maybe different music app on my phone?
  23. So recently for black Friday got an Asus 279Q and it came with a code for black ops 4, personally, I'm not a fan of COD games and have no use for the code. Am I allowed to sell it? I saw in the rules you can't sell game code coupons but wasn't sure if that meant game codes or some discount code.
