Have you tried going in services.msc ? Just check whether it's enabled or not. You can try the classic turn off then turn on method or just reinstall it.

Hi, my roommate got this Galaxy Note 4 not too long ago. Went he first got it and connected to the wifi, no one could use the internet without lagging like crazy, I, for one, would get a sub 1mbps speed on speedtest when testing. I, naturally, QoS'd his phone because I thought the unit might me the problem. Then he sent back the phone to amazon because he got a SEA model. Few days later, he got his NA model and it still took pretty much all the bandwith. It would kill my internet even if he's doing nothing with his phone/not using it. I QoS'd him again, but he really wants the full potential of our internet as we both pay for it. Is there any reason the Note 4 does that? My OnePlus One doesn't seem to do this at all. Without QoS, my internet would just die the moment he gets home

Nothing out of the normal, my experience is pretty much the same as with windows8.1 I guess I need to explore more. Also had a few bugs, e.g a bug when I try to go in the recording devices options

I decided to download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it with a flash drive. When I try to install windows, the whole installing process is in czech and the only possible language I can get for the OS is in czech. Afterwards, I just redownload the media creation tool and try to put everything on the same drive again (Formatted) and it's still in czech, what's happening

Sure, you can always turn them down to high-very high instead of maxed out, to always get 60FPS if possible. But you need dem textures.

Pretty well, over 60FPS most of the time when I'm in town, not 100% maxed out, didn't turn on any of the options in the "advanced graphics" tab, my grass quality is also on High instead of the maximum. The rest, except the AA, is pretty much maxed out. It does get a bit choppy at some spot, esp outside of town, but I still manage to get 60fps maybe 90% of the time

Getting rly good FPS on Hardline, even though I hardly play the game, but my fps is, most of the time, over 90 in BF4 maxed out, Z-Fighting though

4GBs cough, of VRAM should be fine, I can play most recent titles just fine on my 970 in 1080p

I've installed all the updates, even before using the OEM key I had a retail key on that oc for 8.1 which I now use for my laptop. The get win10 notification never appeared on my desktop even with the retail key

OEM only works one the first computer the code has been used on, so you definitely need to check that. According to microsoft, you should be able to ugrade to Win10, but in my case, I have a desktop with 8.1 OEM and a laptop with a retail version on, the "get win10" icon only appears on my laptop, not sure why

You can probably run the recent games on low or not at all on a 3 monitor setup, and you should get more ram for your PC
