  1. Heya....i reseated cmos battery ( took it out for few minutes and put it back ) and it works now without reset...hope it will help you too.
  2. i dont think it is switched ...it wouldnt allow me to go to bios if it was switched ...pc is powered on ,it just wont let me into windows after first start as if no gpu was found ( all rgb parts are lit and all the fans spin)...but i will check it tomorrow anyway
  3. Yes you are right well when i press start button ,motherboard logo and everything show up..i can go to bios...it just stops responding when windows is about to start
  4. it is online shop where you order it and they sent it to warehouse where you pick it up .it looks like this https://www.alza.sk/corsair-rm650x-2018-d5494144.htm?o=1 it is reputalbe retailer and i never had any issiues with them ...old pc that i bought parts for there lasted me for 7 years
  5. hmmm...so should i return it for better one ? when i was buying this corsair RM650X it was supposed to be one of the best ( it was in the psu tier list ) but right now on the review page on the retail shop i bought it from, there are some new reviews( after i bought it ) telling us that it is not giving advertised power ...so it may be the cause of my problems....
  6. i will try reinstall all the drivers tomorrow ...i dont think that there is hardware problem because reset wouldnt fix it ,right ?
  7. Disabled everything there ( only 5 things were there ) still the same thing...power up=no dispaly port signan , reset=everything works
  8. well it still does need restart after powering it up to work properly so i dont think it is solved.
  9. Hello everybody, So after many months of thinking of buying new PC i finally did it. I bought MSI B450 Tomahawk Max , r7 3700x , Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200Mhz cl16,Corsair RM650X , WD M.2 SSD 500GB , Seagate 2TB 7200 rpm HDD and i kept old GPU Gigabyte 1080. After assembly everything was working flawlessly until about a week after. When i started PC and it got through motherboard logo , suddenly as it wanted to get into windows login screen dispaly stopped responding ...no display port signal...so i reseted it ...and it fixed it and i could work for hours. but it was doing it allways when i freshly powered up pc...allways needed to restart...sometimes it did get to windows but as if gpu was faulty...it was freezing and artifacting...again restart fixed it. but this time it didnt even wanted to get into win10...debug led for boot was lit and it couldnt find mine windows ssd...so it booted me into bios...i turned it off and turned it on and again it is working no problems. So now i dont know if it is something about GPU or MB or what...but if it is physical fault how could restart fix it ? and all my drivers are up to date ...i have read that tomahawk motherboard had some issues with these things and it is fault of software...or that corsair RM650x psu dont allways provide advertised power. I dont want to risk flashing bios ( cos i heard that it can make things worse ) or buying new gpu without knowing what is the problem. What should i do ? Thank you for any advice in advance.
  10. I am from Slovakia , and i allways buy anything computer related from Alza because i never had any problem with them ,they are close to where i live and when i had to rma they did it without questions (i could buy cheaper from another retailer but i just dont want to risk dealing with them not accepting and also inconvenience of availability). So i will go with 3200Mhz cl 16 then.
  11. Hello all, I am planning to upgrade from my good old i5 4690k as it no longer meets my requirements (60+FPS, 1440p ,Ultra settings Gaming in AAA Games,Also some heavy multitasking ). I want something to last me for another 4 years or so. I was thinking about r7 3700x as it does have 8c/16t so it should be competent for a long time ,combined with strong cooler like Dark Rock 4 (quiet and cappable of keeping it at around 70C i hope ) on b450 tomahawk max (should be good enough as i dont want to OC ) Rams are a little problem as 3600Mhz cl16 ( which , from what i have read , are sweet spot for amd cpus ) are like 2x more expensive than 3200 Mhz cl16 or 3600Mhz cl17 at the retail shop i am buying from. I am also a little nervous about buying it right now , sadly,i cannot predict future and dont know if something better is coming anytime soon , but from what i understand new ryzen amd cpus should be coming 2021 , and intel keeps on screwing up. So question is , should i buy r7 3700x now ?is it worth spending 2x more on better RAM ?or should i wait ?
